"Hi,

 I am very disappointed, I bought a helmet "Bell revolver rally Black/white in Medium". 3/23/2012 .And The helmet was defective. I talked with one person in the costumer service ,he said to send back the helmet, what I did. One month after no news about my helmet I called again and a another person said to me it was a normal way Motorcycle-superstore have to send back my helmet in the manufacture and I will have to wait  between 6 to 8 weeks for recuperate it. Ok I'm patient, and I waited because I loved my helmet and the costumer service was making a good work with courtesy and very polite. Yesterday I received an Email where they refund me my money less the shipping. So I called again the costumer service making a great work defending his company but not understanding my point of view. He tell me we going to give you back the shipping. And buy again your Helmet.We can not do nothing is not our fault.

 -So my problem:
1 )Nobody contact me,I had to call all the time for to know what's happen with my helmet. 
2) I waited 7 weeks
3) Now they don't have my helmet in my size "Medium", and if I want again the same model, I have to paid $209 the double of the price for the new version,when initially my helmet had 5 years warranty. 
 
 -The costumer service was repeating is not our fault, is the fault of the manufacture, they said to refund you the money.
1) I made my shopping on Motorcycle-superstore.com, Not with Bell company, I very mad, Motorcyclesuperstore.com don't take them responsibility, when I was dealing with this company .
2) Nobody propose me a new deal for the prejudice because of the time I was waiting and wasting for calling again and again and for the incapacity motorcyclesuperstore.com company for restitution of my helmet who had 5 years warranty.

 I have a Triumph Bonneville T100. Motorcycle superstore didn't fix my problem they made me just wait and finally didn't took them responsibility who I think is the worst for a company ethic. I will put my review in all the consumer review site and in The R.A.T.

"Same issues as everyone else it sounds like. Slow shipping. Items listed in stock are not and had to be ordered in once you contact them. Needed a part a week after I ordered it and when it started to look like it wasn't going to arrive on time, they worked with me but I had to bay the upgrade in shipping cost."

"Recently paid for a couple items worth over 250.00 dollars, Listed as in stock so I called 4 days later when my items still were not shipped and they are waiting for an item to come in that was out of stock. Paid 10.00 dollars for shipping which is normal if they ship usps priority, so I call a week later after the items ship and turns out they sent it usps ground and I was going to be waiting 6 to 8 weeks for them to arrive!! That is just like a big slap in the face not to mention cheap and misleading! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!"

"Ordered an expensive helmet for my husband. Received helmet in a timely manner. Problem came when my husband went to use the helmet. It was defective. I contacted customer service, and was rudely told that it was a warranty issue, and I needed to contact GMax to remedy the issue. I asked if we could just return the helmet and get a new one, and the rep would not even talk to me about it. He kept repeating to contact GMax and discuss warranty issues with them. What horrible customer service! I will never buy from this company again. My business will go to Leather up! Get a clue, and work on customer service Motorcycle super store!"

"This is the second item I have ordered from the store and have had no problems at all. Tire was shipped on time and when it arrived it had a sticker from the same wharehouse the dealer uses at about $75 less than they charged. I saw alot of bad reviews about costomer service but so it has been as good as any for me. If you want retail service go to a store and pay for it."

"Jacket listed in stock and ready to ship. The day before it was supposed to arrive it still had not been marked as shipped. Emailed and asked what was going on and learned that despite paying for 2-day shipping it would be there a week after it was supposed to. No apology, no show of concern. I cancelled the order. Terrible customer service."

"This is a great site to find what you're looking for, but pretty horrible for actually buying things. Anything they think they MIGHT be able to send to you is listed as 'available.' I say 'might' because I ordered a pair of boots before that were 'available' just to be sent an email about a week later saying the manufacturer discontinued that item and they couldn't get anymore. Last I checked those boots were still listed as 'available.'

Funny thing is, they actually KNOW if they have the items in stock or not. They just choose not to share that information upfront with their customers. As soon as you place your order you get an email invoice that shows everything you ordered and whether it's in stock or on order.

I still use this site to find things I want to buy, as the website side of their business is pretty well done. However, for actual purchases I would go to Amazon, eBay, the manufacturer, or pretty much anywhere else."

"Totally jerked around. I ordered 4 items on 3/5. The Estimated delivery date was 3/9. When I checked the status on the 6th, the first 3 items were on order and the last in stock. Late on the 7th I checked again to find all items ready to ship. On the 9th anticipating delivery that day, I checked again and found the second item in stock and the rest on order. I contacted them by chat which somehow got disconnected for inactivity while the rep checked on it. Then I called and was told my rep was still looking into it and would call me back and finally I got an email from the rep who blamed a system error and said they thought they could get me my order by the end of the following week. I cancelled my order and placed it with leatherup.com They have always provided me with great service."

"I ordered once from them, and I had no problems receiving my tires. They were just what I ordered, and so far they are great. I'm sure the other bad reviews here are credible, but I want to balance them by sharing that I had no troubles with Motorcycle Superstore. Maybe I simply got lucky, I had my order shipped directly to the installer which is a motorcycle shop. I'll never know, but I'm just sayin'. I'm happy with my one experience with this merchant."
