"Motorcycle Superstore advised me that a slightly larger tire would fit my Yamaha XT225 and I would not notice a difference. I relied on their advice and completed the purchase. After mounting and a short test ride, chunks of rubber were torn off the knobbies because the tire scraped the swingarm at freeway speed. I missed an offroad tour to Baja as a result. Motorcycle Superstore will not take responsibility for their advice and only offered 10% off on a new tire. This is the same as a discount coupon they included with my purchase. I was hoping they would take at least partial responsibility for their advice, which I specifically asked for. Now I'm forced to find another tire in the OEM stock size to replace this damaged tire, or try to utilize what's left of the tire by experimenting with a longer chain. That's more money and a major hassle either way."

"I want to thank everyone out there in cyberspace who took the time to review the Z1R - Ace Helmet. The confidence from people who placed reviews gave me the confidence to place an order for a Z1R - Ace Helmet. HERE IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT MY ORDER EXPERIENCE! MotorcycleSuperstore is AWESOME! Their customer service is a "cut above." I love the helmet--it is not only beautiful, but it looks good on, too!!! Yes, I'm a girl! "I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. I would rather go to the DMV any day of the week than deal with this company again. They will not take the blame for anything and all they want to do is point fingers. I call to try and find out why no one has alerted me that my packages will not be sent out when expected. Instead of answering my question I get a bunch of attitude about how they have posted online that they do not promise any delivery date. I just wanted to know that my packages were going to be late. Never got an email or phone call until the day they were supposed to ship because the could not run my card again because it had been so long since I ordered it. Big surprise now they can get a hold of me when they need my money but not when they should be letting me know my parts are not coming.

After I ok them to charge my card again I wake up today with NSF ALERT notice from my bank because my account is overdrawn. I look online and good old motorcycle superstore charde me twice for the same thing. I called to try and figure out what was going on and because they shipped from two different locations I got charged twice. That is not how it works. They said one of the carges will be corrected but why make the mistake in the first place. This company used to be good but thay are not worth the savings. Please stay away not worth the headache.

"Same thing as everyone else, They said everything was available, which means it'll be at least a week or more until it even ships. All I hear when they tell me that is false advertising. How can you sell motorcycle supplies when you only have 5 items in stock? I have not yet even received my order, hopefully it is right.."

"The ratings are right! I ordered my helmet on the 8th. Was thinking of getting it quick so i could start riding with it. I added two day shipping for an extra $10. It is now the 12th and was scheduled for today until i just recently looked and now it says tomorrow. Not happy with shipping!
Got my helmet on the 13th. I ordered black and they sent gray. Good thing it looks nice. Price was good and its a nice helmet but I think they need to care a little more."

"I ordered two tires, both showing "Available". Little did I know that available does not mean in stock. They have to order in from another vendor. I have worked in stock rooms for many years and have never seen such crap as "available" and "In Stock" meaning two completely different things. Very deceptive practice of selling what appears to be ready for shipment. A call to customer service and they cant tell me when my tire will be shipped. I was given the expected delivery date of one week after the order was placed. One week later and they dont even have it yet. Then it has to turn around and ship to me. It's going to be at least 2 weeks, I expect more of a delay than that. All I can say is - buyer beware. I'll never order from them again. And don't bother placing a bad rating on their website. It wont get posted. They only post rave reviews. Again - deceptive sales practices. "

"Wow all that NEG.Motorcycle superstore did me good all 5 times i ordered from them and it's getting better each time i order. I get fast on line service no B.S. quick n ez and as for shipping talk about fast my FOX boots came in about a Week (and i live in Hawaii)I ordered parts from other companys and they take for ever to get here not Motorcycle Superstore
EZ order, fast delivery what more can you ask for.......I'll be back for sure"

"Dear Customer Support,

I just learned that my order, which was supposed to be here within 5 business days, has not even shipped from some alternate warehouse. When I spoke with your customer service rep, she informed me that the words “available” are not the same as “in stock” and there is no guaranteed delivery date for “available” Also, if I see the words “available” next to my part number, then I should not assume that the item is in stock and I should not assume the delivery date is valid!!! The best she could tell me was that my order might arrive “sometime” next week! When I explained to her that I did not feel this was an honest way to do business, she said she was sorry that I felt this way, but the order clearly stated the words “Available” next to my part number, and since it was company policy, there was nothing she could do and I should have a good day!!!!"

"Ordered a helmet from Motorcycle Superstore on August 3rd, 2011 using a one-time 10% off coupon from a previous order. The helmet was listed as "in stock" during the time of purchase; My credit card was charged the same day. Order sat with no update until after it was scheduled to be delivered on the 9th. I contacted customer service and was notified that the helmet was "discontinued" and was offered a refund. A quick visit to the website shows the same helmet as available for purchase, WTF! I've been waiting a week for this helmet and unable to ride my bike because I didn't want to purchase another. At the very least, they could have sent me an email message canceling my order once they realized that it was impossible to fulfill. While Motorcycle Superstore may have decent prices, DON'T EXPECT ANY OF THE ITEM YOU ORDER TO BE IN STOCK! Their website is nothing more than a turnkey shopping cart site with no real-time inventory tracking."

"Purchased a pair of gloves using the store's sizing chart. It was wrong and O.J.Simpson could not get these gloves on. Motorcycle Superstore will not waive the return fee even though it was their chart. Customer service was horrible. Would not respond to email and the phone call was a waste of time.
