What a waist. I place an order of 4 items that were "In Stock and leaves within 24 hrs. Well here I am 6 days later waiting for ANY sort of word about my order. This is the SECOND of 2 Times that this has happened and for the second time I will be canceling my order. These guys are a waste of time and now I won't have my tires B-4 I go riding. What a bunch of BULL. I have shopped at other on-line merchants (many and often) and have NEVER, EVER been so frustrated. Don't waist you time.

Ordered 4 items - goggles & replacement lens, handlebar mount for handheld GPS, and a baklava mask. 2 were in stock, and 2 were on backorder - no big deal, not in that much of a hurry.
The order shipped in 3 business days - not too shabby for backordered items. will shop here again for sure.

Placed my order via phone, did a price match, they shipped my order the SAME DAY, within hours. My helmet and gloves were instock and shipped free. Very happy with the two reps I talked to.
I did notice that the product reviews they have on their site are overwhelingly positive, I think that's a little suspicious. I researched my products via other websites.

I purchased a set of Dunlop D404 Tires for my Yamaha Virago from Motorcycle Superstore. I found their prices to be the lowest on the internet, and the free shipping sweetened the deal. The tires arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I have already convinced two of my riding buddies to go with them. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'm suprised to find a low rating for Mororcycle Superstore (http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com). I've ordered a lot of gear through them, as have my friends and family. I've experienced quick shipping and good customer service with every purchase.
The only issue I had was a few years ago, I was told an item had arrived and it hadn't. It ended up being FedEx's fault, buy Motorcycle Superstore's customer service was excellent and all ended well.

Ordered a helmet that was listed as in stock, 5 days later no updates, AFTER I CALLED, found out it wasnt in stock. COOL! I have now canceled my order and went with Revzilla.com, two thumbs down for this store!

Ive made a few purchases from this site the past 6 months, so far I have received all item on time and intact, no return issues.
I do like the website in how easy it is to find the part you are looking for by being able to sort items by which bike you have.

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago on March 13th. When I received an email notification 3 days later indicating that one of the tires I had ordered was back-ordered (which your website showed as IN-STOCK when it was ordered) I called and changed the order to a tire that was in-stock for real. Ever since then, since March 16th (TEN DAYS) I have been WAITING for my IN-STOCK order to ship and it STILL HASN'T ARRIVED YET. Apparently it was shipped on the 23rd, but that is still a WHOLE WEEK after the order was placed for items that are supposed to have been IN-STOCK.
I have to tell you, of ALL the online stores I've ordered from this one is by far the SLOWEST and least forthright I've come across to date.

Front and Rear tire, K & N Filter Recharger Kit ... ordered Monday morning and SHIPPED Monday evening. And no, not the stupid "Shipping info. received from company" crap neither. It was "In Transit" and already onto it's second distribution center by Monday night !! Can't beat that, low prices, Free and Fast shipping, I'm sold. Glad I checked here before I purchased, it encouraged me that much more. Of course, if I have any problems with the products I will update this post. I will be checking the manufacturer date code on the tires to see how "fresh" they are. Will post back if problems occur, if not, happy shopping at this store!!

The items I ordered were listed as "available-leaves our warehouse within 2 business days", did not ship until 10 days later and did not arrive until 2 weeks later. The wait is really not the issue, however if the item is not readily available it should be indicated on the website. I will choose another retailer in the future.

Ordered a rear tire for a HD, saved at least $75 over using the dealership. Tire shipped in about 3 days; no problems with the website, product, price, or company. Will use again.

I was trying to find the "old style" clear, snappable face shield for my helmet. No stores had them until I found Motorcycle Superstore. The price was more than fair, and I received the shield in just a few days. I'd recommend this store highly.

I've had good experiences with these guys before, but my last two purchases will send me elsewhere next time I need something.
Each time, I've ordered something that said "In Stock" on the product page, but after I've ordered (and paid for) the item, I receive an email saying that the part is on order and will ship when it's available. Last time, I waited several weeks for a t-shirt to complete my order. They didn't bother sending the other items I ordered (that were in stock) at the same time, but waited until the shirt showed up to ship out. Why not split my shipment? Better yet, why not show items that are not in stock as being not in stock so I can make other choices?
Same thing with this last order I placed on Monday...site said the items were in stock, only to find out that they were not in stock and have been ordered. Lovely. Wonder how long I'll have to wait this time?
Next time, I'll head over to Kneedraggers or drive the 40 miles to the nearest gear shop to buy.
**EDIT** To be fair, the items I ordered on Monday came in and were shipped out on Wednesday. Not half bad, but I still wish their product availability was more accurate. Things like that GREATLY influence my purchasing decisions...in other words, if I have to wait more than a day for something to be shipped out, I will nearly always go somewhere else unless I'm getting some fantastic deal. This is the second time I've attempted to order from this store. On the website, the item was "Available - Usually leaves our warehouse in 4 business day(s)."
Little did I know, this does not mean that their warehouse actually has the product. After waiting all week for an update on my order, the status changed to "on order". I contacted someone via live chat and 3 lines of response from the customer service rep. took a painful 35 minutes. I am confident that the rep. didn't care much about our conversation because I would wait 5 or 10 minutes at a time for a response...and when I did receive one, it was littered with spelling and grammar errors. OK, I'm no grammar nazi but when I have to read the sentence a few times in order to figure out what the person is telling me, I get a little irritated. It's just another way the store is letting you know that they don't care about YOU, the customer.
So anyway, after waiting and waiting I finally get her to reveal the big secret that "Available - Usually leaves our warehouse in 4 business day(s)." means that they have to order the item from the vendor...and she had no idea how long it would take for them to receive the item. I could be waiting an entire month (like I did last time).
Do not buy from this company. You'll get better customer service from a 12-year old kid selling a stolen item on ebay. At least he has his ebay rating to hold him to some accountability.

ordered late friday night at like 10pm, and the order was on my doorstep monday morning. it was like magic! upon further inspection, i figured out these guys are operating out of roseburg, oregon, which is only like a 3 hour drive from me, but it's still impressive that something that got processed on saturday was here on monday. their prices are fairly unbeatable, and their clearance section is FULL of screaming deals. i ordered a last year's model shift jacket, it was 70bucks, retail is 150. i'll definitely do business with these guys again.
