It gave a tracking # and it is now 10\/16\/2011 and I still DID NOT get my item. The tracking number they gave me still says that the USPS was notified to expect shipping. It never shipped. I have sent AT LEAST 10 emails and I HAVE NOT received any replies. This company took my money very quickly but never sent the item. Well, after Motor Fiend saw this, I got an email back from them saying how sorry they are and they will look into it. Well, it has been 2 weeks and I have heard NOTHING back from them and I still have NOT RECEIVED my product. I can not believe this company. They take your money and RUN. I am looking into what to do to file a claim with anyone because this company is a total rip off.
