After about a week, I contacted them. They asked me if the jacket was still being manufactured and if my order had been cancelled. They then refunded my purchase.<br><br>If the jacket was no longer for sale, it should probably have been removed from the site. Or, at minimum, a notice should have been put up saying that the product was no longer in stock. Absent-minded inventory management. Poor customer service.
