"I now some of you have been complaining about slow service. But I recieved my tires from Moto X Outlet in less than a week. Mind you this was over the 4th of July weekend. The tires arrived in good condition. I will definitely do business with them again."

"Placed an order for a couple of tires and saw nothing change in the status a couple days later. Getting a bit concerned, especially after viewing the negative feedback on this store, I called them. They answered right away, and took care of the situation. Turns out one of the tires was back ordered, and I then simply swapped it with a similar item that's in stock.

The gentlemen I spoke with was very polite and helpful, and said the tires would ship the next day. Sure enough, just a couple days later I had the tires at my door. Overall I am very satisfied dealing with them."

"Ordered 3 items. Received 1 item week later. The invoice stated one item was "Discontinued by Manufacturer" even though they still list it for sale and according to the manufacturer it is not discontinued. Tried calling for 4 days before I was able to get through. Customer Service agent said he would have the 2nd item sent that day or the next at the latest. After 2 weeks, I called back again (tried for another 2 days before I could get through). I was told that he would call back with a status within an hour - no call. I called again, then was told that it was out of stock and manufacturer was sending it from GA. Rep would email me the tracking number that day. Never received an email. Web site does not allow you to login the check status of the orders even though it is listed as being able to do so. 2nd item finally arrived 5 weeks from the initial order time.
Definitely will not do business with them again no matter how good the prices are. Not worth the hassle. It must be 2 guys working out of their house or something.."

"Great prices at this online store, free shipping, but be prepared to wait! Cliamed ship date was 07/30/2007 but in actuality only billing information was sent to UPS. Actually shipped after 9 pm on 08/01/2007, over 2 days later. Item was finally delivered on 08/08/2007 , 2 weeks after initial order date. Customer service is not very helpful. I think this might be a couple of guys operating out of their garage with no inventory in stock. Item came in good condition, packing was minimal. Basically a box inside of a box. Pay the extra money, go buy somewhere else if even if you have to pay for shipping. Motosport.com is an awesome site to buy from instead if these guys! I buy from them all the time. Free 2 day express shipping on anything over $100. Wish they would have carried the helmet I wanted. You get what you pay for. Hopefully I can let others learn from my mistake."
