"I ordered a book from Moth Y Monarch through Abebooks on Sept 16, and thought I'd go with the cheap shipping. They set the expectations at 4-21 business days for shipping. It's October 25th and still no book. Two email requests for info, and only today did I receive a message saying generically "Your book has been shipped." Very poor service. "

"I ordered the book on July 16. My credit card was charged and I received notice that the book was to arrive August 19. Well.. Here it is September 14 and still no book. I have sent emails to both Moth Y Monarh, and never got a response from them . I have also notified Abebooks, and only received useless automated responses. I have since turned it over to my credit card company to see if I can get some assistance there. We'll see what happens. How do they remain in business?"

"I ordered the book on 7/22/06 and never received it. I contacked with Moth Y Monarch Books numerous times through emails but no reponses except the very first one. They said they were going to send me another copy, but this never happened. I don't get any responses after that. Please don't buy any books from them. This is not a trust worthy book seller. "

"I was supposed to have delivery of my books mid February 2006. When the books did not arrive by April I emailed the store and have been emailing them since, it is now June, and I have not had a single response about my enquiry of my non arrival of my books."

"My credit card was charged for book on 04/23/06. I believe that means it was shipped. Book has not been delivered and Moth Y Monarch will not respond to my inquiries through ABEBOOKS or my direct email concerning shipment. It also has not responded to requests from ABEBOOKS on my behalf either. I know that book is sent via slowest/cheapest method possible, but I live 250 miles from store."
