"By far the most rude "customer service" I've ever experienced in my lifetime! STAY AWAY. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I would suggest everyone else do the same. Send mooserus.com/ dba Attic Moose Antiques a message, loud and clear. Maybe if the BBB gets enough complaints against them, it will force them to change some things. Or at the very least, lose some business. Believe me there are businesses out there that will treat you well. Go there instead."
"AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I ordered some products and they got lost in the mail and finally found and redelivered. I contacted this company (which is only by email since there's no telephone #) and Cheryle emailed me back stating she was going to charge me another shipping fee. I called UPS and they said they would waive the redelivery charge but Moose R Us would have to call since it's their account. I contacted Cheryle back and asked her to please do this. I gave her the phone # of the person she needed to speak to. She said she would not do so that she had already charged my credit card and wasn't refunding. I have NEVER had this bad of customer service. I will not purchase from her again and i WILL get the word out. "

"Horrible Horrible Company.I ordered the cake topper set of beach chairs and a fence and they were two different colors. Pictures of the website and description did not state any of this. "Awful experience with this company. Ordered a product which came to me damaged. Sent a frustrating e-mail about how poorly the packaging was and got a very snide reply from someone, right, called Cheryle. It got worse. Here are some of the comments I received from this unprofessional company: So sorry you were so traumatized over the incident, but we have a drama-proof shipping return service for you. Then they threatened me not to send anymore sarcastic e-mails, which I never did. They said they had no time for my drama and to never contact them again or they would contact my work, report my ip address and the state."
"I had a very unpleasant experience with Moose-R-Us in which I ordered some decorative lighted willow twigs. The transformer for one went out after it was plugged in once. I emailed Moose-R-Us and they basically told me it wasn't their problem and than I needed to contact the manufacturer. The wholesaler that sold to Moose-R-Us, Darice, is going to make good on this by sending me an entire new light set; something that Moose-R-Us should have probably offered to do right out of the gate, rather than infer that I was the one who broke the light. I have never experienced a retailer so rude. Not the way to do business at ALL!! Darice referred me to one of the other companies they supply so if I ever go looking for cool stuff, that's where I'll go. I will certainly never go to Moose-R-Us again, and I'd highly recommend that anyone else avoid them like the plague if they can. They are very unpleasant have a real "I've got mine, to heck with you" attitude. I was communicating with a woman named Cheryle. If she's not the owner, the owner should fire her, because she's a real piece of work."

"Horrible company to do business with! Charge you a month in advance, no telephone number for customer service and emails are returned by an unprofessional clerk that insults and argues with you. I should have googled Moose R Us complaints before I purchased and I would have seen the complaints! "
