I contacted company and they told me I could return it even though it was not within timelines. However, they did not adjust the portal so I could get the authorization form. I contacted them again after a vacation break and was told I could not return it. When I told them it was their fault since size was wrong I got the following comment: \u0022No offense, but why are you just getting around to telling us now--it is seven weeks later?\u0022 When I indicated that I had been in touch with them, i got no response. I have sent the message two more times. I may be stuck with a costume that is the wrong size but I will never order from them again. "It's simple: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE! I ordered and paid 3 costumes: one Kill Bill and 2 Teletubbies costumes. I just received one small bag with the Kill Bill costume. I tried to contact them from Italy via e-mail because they do not have a phone line for overseas: no answer to many e-mails. They simply stole more than 160$.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR! FORGET THEM!"
