Never in my 8+ years as a Purchasing Manager have I been treated so poorly by a company I do business with!  
 
I just tried following-up with mooncostumes.com on an important matter and was treated like a piece of trash then hung up on a "customer service rep" who spoke rudely to me, wouldn't let me talk, then just hung up the phone on me!  
 
I simply asked to speak to a cs rep who had emailed me earlier in the day, but the rude woman I spoke to just kept repeating the same thing over and over again like a robot with no personality. No, that's not true...a robot with only 1 personality...RUDE! I tried to explain that I was responding to this person's email about this issue...and that she was being very rude to me. But instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was hung upon?!!!  
 
Is this really how mooncostumes.com does business?!!!  
 
I have made numerous purchases with mooncostumes.com over the past several months... and I am dumbfounded by the way I was just treated. I truly am.  
 
We will NEVER order from mooncostumes.com again... and I strongly suggest that you do not either!

I ordered a costume for a school function. The wrong size was sent. I contacted company and they told me I could return it even though it was not within timelines. However, they did not adjust the portal so I could get the authorization form. I contacted them again after a vacation break and was told I could not return it. When I told them it was their fault since size was wrong I got the following comment: "No offense, but why are you just getting around to telling us now--it is seven weeks later?" When I indicated that I had been in touch with them, i got no response. I have sent the message two more times. I may be stuck with a costume that is the wrong size but I will never order from them again. I did take offense.
