"This was the first time I had to ship a car and I did a good bit of research to find a reputable company with solid reviews. I am happy to report it was a smooth process from start to finish. Professional service with the same driver throughout the process. Car arrived on schedule and with no issues or surprises.

"I tried to shop for the cheapest price through a quote generator site and ended up with someone who provided a price, and when it was time to contract for the job, said the driver wanted double what they quoted me. So I cancelled. Montway was quoted higher but rated well so I decided to call them. I'm very pleased that the "other company" caused me to cancel. Paying the extra to Montway was well worth it. Car was picked up and delivered by driver exactly on the dates I requested. The driver wanted more money and Montway lowered the booking cost to meet the quoted price. That's good service...and they didn't even book me at that moment. Well worth the extra coin and I would definitely recommend them to anyone shipping a car."

"They did pretty good with communication. B & B Express, the shipping company Montway chose, was good but not great. Communication was average and they didn't seem very structured but transit times were good and the vehicle arrived safely."

"I didn't get harassed by emails or phone calls after receiving my quote. The cost of shipping was a bit pricey but that's to be expected with the distance my vehicle was being transported. After placing the order, I was contacted in a timely fashion well before pickup and they were honest about the estimated pickup & delivery dates. I was surprised and satisfied with the early pickup. The driver was courteous, patient, and very flexible when it came to rescheduling a delivery date. The Montway Auto Dispatch was also a neat feature and very helpful to me when I needed to reschedule. I recommend these guys and would definately use them again!"

"Montway had great customer reviews and high marks with the BBB. I went with them because of that and their price was reasonable. They lined up Core transport out of Spokane Wa. to ship my car from there to Iowa. The driver for Core kept in contact with me the whole way. HOWEVER neither Montway nor Core told me my car would be shipped on a flatbed semi trailer with other freight on it as well. It was supposed to be door to door service but that didnt happen because I had to go to a parking lot and he had to unhook his trailer and I had to hire a flatbed tow truck to unload my car. This was never mentioned in my agreement with Montway. The driver called me on his way to Iowa to have me set this up. I feel like Montway or Core should have paid for the tow truck as again it was supposed to be door to door service and they are supposed to be equipped to haul vehicles. Obviously Core is NOT equipped to do so. All in all I am happy with the driver for Core Transport as it wasnt really his fault. I got me car in one piece with no damage."

"I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Montway Auto. I needed my car transported from the Villages, FL to Naperville IL. I called Montway after seeing their company listed online. I talked to Sam and within a couple of hours he had a carrier for me. The driver, Danny, was very competent and kept me informed on pick up times & delivery. Even the Dispatcher called a few times to let me know what was going on. "
