The cost of shipping was a bit pricey but that's to be expected with the distance my vehicle was being transported. After placing the order, I was contacted in a timely fashion well before pickup and they were honest about the estimated pickup & delivery dates. I was surprised and satisfied with the early pickup. The driver was courteous, patient, and very flexible when it came to rescheduling a delivery date. The Montway Auto Dispatch was also a neat feature and very helpful to me when I needed to reschedule. They lined up Core transport out of Spokane Wa. to ship my car from there to Iowa. The driver for Core kept in contact with me the whole way. HOWEVER neither Montway nor Core told me my car would be shipped on a flatbed semi trailer with other freight on it as well. It was supposed to be door to door service but that didnt happen because I had to go to a parking lot and he had to unhook his trailer and I had to hire a flatbed tow truck to unload my car. This was never mentioned in my agreement with Montway. The driver called me on his way to Iowa to have me set this up. I feel like Montway or Core should have paid for the tow truck as again it was supposed to be door to door service and they are supposed to be equipped to haul vehicles. Obviously Core is NOT equipped to do so. All in all I am happy with the driver for Core Transport as it wasnt really his fault.
