This was my first time purchasing from them, so this lack of any type of after-hours answering system concerned me, so I decided to submit a request for replacement / exchange via their website and also by email rather than wait and try to call again the next morning. I was very happy when they responded via email first thing the next morning with an apology for the mistake followed by a shipment notification for the correct refills. Anyone can make a mistake. It's how you deal with those mistakes that's important and defines your level of commitment to the customer and to providing great customer service. In my opinion, Montgomery Pens handled this mistake in the best possible way - with outstanding customer service! I will do business with them again."
