"Beyond bad. Wasted a week of my time. Sell and process orders of merchandise you don't. No calls like your email said. Can't get of hold of you. Left messages no return call. Emailed with no response. Absolute worst online experience I have ever had. 1 to 10 scale you score zero."
"I received my order quickly. Two spools of 500 ft 18 gauge wire. When I received my order, I found out that I ordered the wrong type of wire, I contacted Monstronix Inc. through their 800 #. When you call this 800 # it always goes to a voice mail box where you have to leave a message. I left two voice mail messages so far and I have yet to received a call back. I was hoping to return these two items and buy the correct wire, but since they will not call me back, I will just return the wire with a 20% restocking fee and never order from them again. At least they have a web based return system that I submitted my request through. I received an email stating that someone will contact me within 2-5 business days. We will see if this happens (4/16/2009-Stay Tuned...) 4/23/2009 Update: I never did get a call from Monstronix. So I started the RMA process on their web site and did the return of the item. Now I will see if I get my full or partial credit applied back to my credit card. Stayed Tuned..."

"I bought a set of Coleman 4GA, 20 ft commercial grade booster cables (jumper cables). Taking into account a special offer for free shipping the price was the lowest on the web. They shipped the next day and arrived just a couple of days later. No problems. "
"I bought 15 headphones from Monstronix. They all look good and function well. They came in a timely, but not speedy fashion. The price was good. I would not hesitate to use this company again. I had no interaction with returns department or customer service."
