"I first found this site searching for a fair price and good selction for an LCD monitor. I had specific space issues to deal with and their sales staff was patient and helpful in finding the correct product for my needs/ budget. UPS then proceeded to lose the monitor. The concern and ultimate soltion to satisfying me regarding this purchase was more than I asked for in compensation for time lost and well beyond anything I would have expected.This company puts SERVICE/ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION above everything else and puts anyone else selling this merchandise on-line to shame. "I didn't like the idea of buying a monitor via the internet. Since local stores didn't stock the Mitsubishi DP2070, I had no choice. I decided to take a chance with MonitorsDirect.com after reading the excellent reviews about them on ResellerRatings.com I placed my order on Friday morning, it arrived Tuesday afternoon in S.Florida! The monitor looks beautiful and works perfectly! I placed two calls to their customer support number for questions after I completed my order. Both calls were handled with care and courtesy. "I got my monitor 5 days after ordering, arived safely, and the LCD had no dead pixles. Store has a great return policy (not that I tried it) plus you can extend your warenty for a reasonable cost. Prices where excelent (about 50 below anyone else), but I had to pay tax in Wisconsin even though they are based in californa. They are great about showing shipping costs before checking out, but I was surpized by the tax halfway though checkout, would be nice if they showed it upfront. But don't let this one little thing stop you, this is a great company."

"MD is the best reseller that I have ever bought from on the web. I help friends and family build PCs as a hobby and so I buy a lot of stuff from different web resellers. I've bought two monitors from MD ( a 21" CRT and a 19" LCD ). I've also recommended them to others who have purchased. Everyone has been pleased about all of their dealings with the company. They deliver exactly when they say they will. All products have been new in the manufacturer's box. No pressure to buy another product or accessories. In fact, I was about to buy another LCD monitor recently when the salesperson almost apologetically pointed out that the Hitachi was a better monitor at at slightly cheaper price. I checked it out and she was right and so I bought the Hitachi. They update you on your order with several emails and give you the UPS tracking link so that you can track the order. I've called 3 or 4 times and the phone was always answered in 1 or 2 rings by a knowledgable, helpful person. I had a technical question about the Hitachi 19" LCD that I bought a couple of weeks ago. I emailed tech support and the head of tech support emailed me back in about 30 minutes with a very good answer. I had a follow-up question and he responded in 10 minutes. Their prices are very competitive with the lowest prices that you will find on monitors. They really do seem very concerned at every level of the organization about doing the right thing for customers. After my latest purchase, I received an email from the president of the company asking for feedback. I replied and he responded with a personal response the next day. I've used several of the very highly rated resellers and MD is anywhere from a little better to a lot better than any of them."

"My first order with MD was about 18 months ago. It appeared that there was a problem with the first monitor they sent me. I spoke with there customer service department at 10:00 a.m. - the replacement monitor was dropped off at my house at 9:45 a.m. - THE NEXT DAY! Although I wound up not keeping either monitor, I vowed to return to them when I was back in the market because of the way the entire transaction had been handled.
I just ordered a Viewsonic P95f+ from them yesterday fulfilling that promise.
I order quite a bit on the net, but monitors were something I was always hesitant about as their higher shipping costs could blow any savings if it was damaged before you received it. That would only happen if you were dealing with a company other than MD!
Bottom line - these people are absolutely the best to deal with from start to finish when making an online order!
