This is still only 6 business days from the date you ordered and not 8-9 as you state below. "Moddersmart / Primochill / Tyler Industries all the same story to deal with this company.
I wrote them through their web-form, called them, e-mailed them and nothing worked. Didn't get a single answer-reply from them. What's more their web pages are up and down randomly without any message what the hell is happening plus Primochill in the same status(development in progress) for about 7 months(just what I'm aware of this site) without any change being done. I'm tired of trying to reach them. I think that the amount of time I spent checking their bloody not working web pages is more than enough."
