Ordered Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 CPU Cooler on Thursday late afternoon. Had it in my hands in NYC on Monday morning! Great service, great price... this is my second order from moddersmart and they been great every time.

Horrible Company! Worst online shopping experience ever. I placed order on April 3, 2009, payment via PayPal. I then immediately sent an email to the address listed in PayPal (orders@tylerindustries.com). I never got a confirmation email or any type of acknowledgement, yet my credit card and paypal accounts show that the payment did indeed go through.  
 
It has been 8-9 days since the order was placed and I still have yet to receive any type of reply from these people. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT buy from them!

I just received my items in the mail. I retract my previous review, but only to the extent that I got what I paid for. The company still had not sent me any notifications of shipping or provided any information about the transaction. They never replied to my emails either.

After ordering a different CPU cooler from a different reseller and waiting three days to find out it was out of stock (although the site said it was in stock), I ordered a Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 from Moddersmart. The site not only said it was in stock, but also showed how many were on hand! I ordered in the early afternoon on Monday (and received a confirmation email) and it was shipped by the end of the day (and received a confirmation email with a tracking number). It arrived on time, well packaged and undamaged.  
 
I'll definitely be back to buy from these guys again.

I found these guys on Google Product Search. They were one of the first guys to have the Noctua U12P with the LGA1366 adapter. They also had the lowest price, and were the only guys who had the item in stock.  
 
The website has something I wish more websites had. One of those textfields at the bottom of the order form to leave comments. Anyways, I ordered a new MoBo + ram + CPU from XXXXXX saturday/friday, and then I ordered from moddersmart Sunday.  
 
Moddersmart beat XXXXX, and they shipped my heatsink by monday. I was very impressed. The heatsink was just as advertised and it was pretty well packaged.  
 
My only complaint is that I couldn't find any thermal paste, and I their fan selection was kind of weak. They sorta lost out on a few impulse buys, but oh well.  
 
Overall these guys have great shipping, care about your needs, and package things well, for a great price. I strongly recommend them.

Moddersmart had a LGA1366 (Core i7) mounting bracket and the Noctua heatsink/fan I wanted when the Core i7 launched. It seemed like every other store was out of stock, didn't have it in stock yet, or just didn't carry it in the first place.  
 
I was a little worried at first because they're a drop-shipper and they have a fee for cancelling orders (even before they're shipped), but I ordered anyway on Monday morning. They shipped the next day and my order arrived on Friday, just in time with the rest of my components for me to put together my new Nehalem system.

Very quick shipping, and immediate response (Even after hours) to trouble tickets that are logged. Would shop here again.

Initially had a problem with the order system, but I contacted their customer support and they took care of it within minutes, they also upgraded the choice of shipping for free! I will definitely make more purchases soon.

Just what I was looking for, shipped faster than expected. Why pc filters are found on the other side of the country instead of local is bizarre. Great price, will shop again.Good quality, while to mention it...

I got a great deal on a radiator, waterblock, and fittings. Communication was great and shipping was fast and cheap. Couldn't ask for more than that.

I'm quite satisfied with the pair of single-pass heater cores I bought from Moddersmart. I'd been wary of buying from them due to their dubious history, but they had a good, unique product at a nice price, so I decided to give them a chance. I'm happy I did. I held by breath and then...darn, there was a minor glitch in my order (their computer system lost my product specifications). However, moddersmart quickly cleared this up by simply requesting my specifications via email. No harm, no foul.  
 
Judging from their inferred target clientele, imperfect customer service, and often humorously tacky product line (see "military toggle switch", "window etch - Hindsight", etc), I believe Voyeurmods should have changed their company name to Ghettomods, CompuBling, or at least Modderpimp.  
I don't suggest these blaxplotative alternate names as any kind of aspersion on Moddersmart though. I merely think it would be more effective for the company image from a marketing perspective (self-deprecating/accepting humor vs. mildly defensive professionalism).  
 
I'll be interested to see if Moddersmart moves up or moves out in the future. I hope they prosper by continuing to filling the niche of products that aren't available at other sites. They did for me, which is why my experience with them was so good.

Simply Fantastic!! I had heard/read mixed opinions of Moddersmart, but decided to give them a try. Their selection and prices on the items I wanted was unbeatable so I placed an order. I'm very happy I did. Brian, I don't know his official title, took my calls and was very helpful and professional. My order shipped that afternoon and arrived without a hitch.  
 
Great prices, good selection and fast shipping means Moddersmart will be getting alot more of my business. Great job guys!!

They for some reason could not ship FedEx ground as requested, and called to confirm that shipping via priority mail was okay...they provided a free shipping upgrade.  
 
The only dissapointing aspect was I did not get any sort of e-mail confirmation, however I was able to track the order on their website easily.  
 
I would definately buy from them again...don't be hard on them because of any past issues or unreasonably unhappy customers.

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever seen. On their front page they say "Orders over $125 are shipped free"  
So I ordered a bunch of fans to make the order over $125. When I paid for the order they charged me for shipping.  
I opened a support ticket immediately ( IYJ-645373)and received no responce the next day, I called the store and left a message and it wasent returned.  
I made another support ticket saying if they were charging shipping to cancel the order and also received no response. Finally I called 3 days later and someone answered the phone. The person said the order had not been shipped yet so I asked for a third time to cancel it.  
I will NEVER order another thing from them again.  
 
This is the second time I had trouble with them (out of 2 orders)

HORRIBLE SHIPPING. I ordered my parts on the 1st(Monday) and they charged my credit card the same day and didnt ship the parts out until the week after, and all it was was two fans. The only positive thing i can say is that the product was fine once it was received. I wont be doing business with them again, id rather order from another store and have my stuff shipped the same day.
