As well, you ordered on July 30, your order shipped on July 31 and arrived to you on August 7 as can be seen by the Canada Post tracking number LE091823035CA . That is 6 business days as stated on our Shipping page that orders to the US typically take 4-6 business days to arrive.
As well, if a product is defective, we will exchange it. I do apologize that you received a defective product, however, I provided you with an RMA # immediately after you e-mailed us for an exchange. Defective products such as this are unfortuntely out of our control since we do not know they are defective, which is why we honor exchanges for defective products.

"Fast shipping; ordered on Sunday, March 28th and received on Friday, April 2nd. Acekard and adapter work fine but it wasn't in its packaging for some reason. So long as it works it is fine with me, though. Would recommend."
