"I have two different order numbers. The first order reference number does not match the order number. I ordered it on 4/6/2010. Ordered a DVD drive for XBox 360 for which totaled over 77.00 with shipping cost and used priority mail which states up to 8 business days to recieve. Emailed customer service on 4-18 and never got a response back. today is 5/10/2010 and still nothing. I hope they get arrested for this! I want my money back - they even took extra money out of my account for overseas shipping (called it a border fee)for which was NOT AUTHORIZED! Dont get taken from this website like we did - seems like they have a lot of peoples money! "

I ordered my part and first it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. They took forever to ship and when they did they sent an email saying they were shipping it "tomorrow" (how reassuring is that?) When I received the part finally, it was NOT the correct part! I ordered a dvd drive motor for a PS2 version 9 and the part they send me they said it worked for versions 1 to 11. It did NOT! It didn't even have the right number of pins!
Because of the shipping price, it wasn't even worth it to send back for me because it will cost me half the price of the dvd motor (and the waste of time is not worth the measly $7 I gain back...). I still emailed them to tell them they falsey advertised their part... NO ANSWER...
These people don't care about their customers (they take forever to ship, don't warn anywhere about backorders)... They FALSELY ADVERTISE (some parts dont necessarily work)... Stay away from them please I don't want to see anyone else suffer with them! I don't even know why such a company exists!

Received shipment confirmation 3 days later and it is now Dec 31 and no items or responses to my e-mails. Wish i would have found this site or any of the many others warning consumers to stay away from consoleshop.com and Modchip.com. Over 500 hits on google search for scam on these two names. "

Made an order on consoleshop.com, the XBOX 360 wireless controller black piano shell. I payed with a bank transfer, still waiting for confirmation. I will see if I get some response next week. Saw these ratings and wished I've never made the order..."

"this company is a complete scam. i placed my order 4/28 - after nearly a week of nothing ... no shipment, no order processing from my account - i inquire for status .. i get completely ignored. 3 days later, i end up beyond irritated at the matter and send them a nasty email cancelling my order - the next day, i get a confirmation email regarding the order cancellation - at this point nothing has been charged to my account - 2 days later, i decide just for giggles to check my online banking - those scam artists jacked my account for the full order price plus a flippin foreign transaction fee - ..... so now i have to go through the mess of disputing the charges through my bank, changing my debit card number, and waiting for parts to arrive from another supplier now since these jerks are obviously nothing but a buncha scam artists. avoid this company at all costs."
