"Horrible customer service.Phone number does not work... Rings Rings Rings forever then when it answers it says, Memory is Full.Sent a message through the website more a week ago to ask if they were waiting for all three items I ordered to be in stock before they shipped anything and have never heard back and I do not expect to hear back from them at all. It seems like they offer no customer service at all.Most online businesses (Amazon, etc.) do not bill your account and take your money until they are going to SHIP your product. This company has my money and hasn't shipped any of the three items I ordered when 1 has been in stock for a while and now a 2nd item is available... The 2nd and 3rd items are going to sell out quickly... I don't know if by the time the 3rd item is in stock the 2nd one will be sold out.When I look at my order online it shows: "Order Status: Order status unknown" which does not inspire confidence. The order was for over $250 which is over the felony theft level right?--------------------------Emailed them again yesterday. Received an auto-response indicating I would hear back in 24 hours. I have not heard back. I filed a complaint with PayPal. Maybe that will get a response."
"Looks to good to be true!? WONDER!!! I have tried to contact these people for days. Why the persistence? I don't really know myself. I am interested in a case they advertise for the Note 8. Perhaps doubting myself, I tried before writing them off. It looks like a scam. If you Google the address in Brooklyn, it does exist but Mobilefun is not listed there. No other tenant at the location knows about them. That PHONE number listed goes to a perpetual "Memory is full" end message after one's ear is subjected to the horrible scratching noise. Once again, by now perhaps to prove myself that this is a wrong deal. I even called those number listed in UK. DEAD END.... In the end I guess I am going to have to find a different source for my sough Galaxy Note 8 case. Too much to risk posting a CC number on this site when one ins unable to reach them for any issue. So kindly dont spend your hard earned money in these kind of fraud websites which dont even have a phone number to tell your grievances. Mobile fun claimed the product shipped on December 10, but the tracking number they provided remained in 'Being prepared by shipper' status for over a month before they agreed to take any action.Next, they claimed they would re-ship the item via DHL at no extra cost. They did not re-ship it, and stopped responding to emails. The voice mailbox at their customer service telephone number has exceeded its memory limits, and no one answers the phone.Do not ever make the mistake of ordering from Mobile Fun."

"My item did not arrive in the specified time given on the website. I emailed them and they agreed to send out another. Both items eventually arrived but were shipped from the UK according to the shipping labels. Website doesn't indicate items ship from UK and if i had know it was being shipped from overseas i would have picked another retailer. Customer service was quick and accommodating though. "
