I am also sorry to hear that you did not receive your automated despatch email. I can see that your order was despatched on 7/6/12. If you haven't received your package yet then it should be with you very shortly, although in some circumstances it can take up to 14 days, however we find the average time is around 5-7 working days. As it was the budget shipping you have chosen we do not have a tracking number, but this should not be a problem and we are confident your parcel will arrive very shortly.

They do not advertise the shipping I chose as "budget" shipping, it was the default lowest cost shipment method.
They sound like an actual company, but I think they are ill equipped to service the USA from the UK. It is now July 20th and I still have not received nor had any update of my order. I have emailed asking again where it is and no response several hours later.
I highly recommend that if you live in the USA or anywhere outside the UK, you do not order from this company. Inside the UK I have no knowledge other than to say that the way they run their business is not the type of company you want to be dealing with to save $20.
"My item did not arrive in the specified time given on the website. I emailed them and they agreed to send out another. Both items eventually arrived but were shipped from the UK according to the shipping labels. Website doesn't indicate items ship from UK and if i had know it was being shipped from overseas i would have picked another retailer. Customer service was quick and accommodating though. "
