"9/21/10: I'll still probably shop here again, but they have gotten sloppy compared to last year. 9/10 order shipped incorrectly, and a greeting card was missing. These are probably innocent mistakes, and their customer service is probably willing to help. Still they are tedious to bother with.

Products of note: sometimes they have "pop up" greeting cards which are fun, e.g. by the artist Sabuda."
