"I received a promo code for a Father's day card - it expired early June I believe. They kept highlighting the fact that it would be delivered by Father's day. I assumed that it would automatically send around Father's day - not immediately. I believe it was possible to have some control over the shipping date but I was thinking they already had it set up to ship reasonably close to Father's day. Otherwise, I have enjoyed using Mixbook.

One technical suggestion. There should be a way of using pictures from one product directly to another rather than having to upload the same pictures for each project."

"I created a premium wedding photo album in Mixbook. I was more than 50 hours into the project and had created 145 pages. Then the app stopped allowing me to add pages. It said I had gone over the 99 page limit even though it originally said I could go to 399 pages and it allowed me to keep adding pages after page 99. I'm incredibly angry. Now I need to find another photobook company that allow more than 99 pages and start over again! What a huge waste of time this was!"

"I like the fact that mix book has calanders/cards already created for you but also gives you the options of changing it around to fix your style or allowing you to create your own design from scratch at a reasonable price! Wish shipping was a bit quicker but mailing anything from the US to Canada always takes a long time. "

"I had some issues both times I ordered books, BUT the customer service & product I received will definitely keep me coming back to Mixbook & I've given so many recommendations for it as well. The gifts are given are priceless & always a hit! I have two more in the works! Ill be back!!! ????"

"This was my first time using Mixbook and I've used other companies such as MyPublisher, Blurb and Shutterfly and have made about a total of about 15-20 more photobooks between all of their companies, some of my photobooks were huge, being about 150 pages for a variety of different events .. I have to say I am VERY pleased with my first book from Mixbook. I made a Mother's Day photobook. The result was MUCH more beautiful than I expected. The customization options were pleasing. The interface is user friendly. Here are the things that most impressed me about my photobook experience through Mixbook:
-Quality: The quality literally shocked me. Vibrant color. Great print quality. No random ink spots. Good binding. No photos that looked too dark. Pretty solid pages, and I only ordered their standard paper weight.
-Photo upload: This is something that has frustrated me in times past with some photo book making services. The pictures load pretty FAST. I uploaded a bunch of 18 megapixel pictures and these large files went up fairly quickly considering the size and the amount of photos I was uploading.
-User Interface: User friendly and allows you to add "stickers" to pages and this totally customizes the look and feel of the book from elegant to sweet, masculine and feminine suitable stickers, family and love stickers, quotes, and other such things available to decorate your book. I wasn't sure how they would look in actual print, and I was pleased. They didn't look cheesy....(which was a concern of mine). I'm now working on three other photobooks...Vacation, Wedding and Memorial themed photobooks, and I am interested in seeing the rest of them in print. If they come out as my first book I'm going to be thrilled.There are also some great pre-themed page layouts and LOTS of page backgrounds.
-Photo arrangement: This is huge for me....and saves time if you can drag and move your photo around for placement within it's respective photo box....other programs you have to select to 'move' the photo before you can actually drag and move it. That is annoying to me and takes up time I don't have. Even resizing the photo placement boxes is easy and having 2 page spreads is a charm.
I plan on continuing to use Mixbook!!!"

"i have used 4 different companies to make books..i was not TOTALLY satisfied with any of them. I did some research on the web and decided to try Mixbook. I am delighted with their product and now have 2 other people using their services. The quality of the pictures turns out great and I love the eyedrop/color wheel option"

"The quality of the photos was good. You could see some printing lines in the middle but it was very faded. I was a little disappointed that the envelope for the card was the same envelope that the card was sent in to me. In general I was satisfied."
