"My discovering Minimus.biz was a most happy accident. My husband amd I were planning a trip that had us at a condo. Not wanting to buy food at home and drag it across country or having tom spend time shopping at our destination, we ordered, and ordered heavily from this amazing site.

I had questions, they answered them. I had concerns, they calmed them.

We arrived at our destination and our giant box was waiting for us. The packing was pure art, not a cracker, not a chip was broken. The selection was superb and the experience terrific.

Unlike the bride who allowed small gifts not arriving for her wedding allowing that event to ruin her day, our vacation was not resting on the outcome of purchasing from Minimus. However, we DID have a fantastic vacation and it was made even that much better by having delicious goodies there and waiting for us. No fuss, no muss, just Minimus!

"Hello, This was my first purchase from Minimus. All I can say is A++ Customer service, free shipping, Quaility products with a wide selection of great quality products.

I have a friend in Iraq that I was looking for certain individual packaged products and you can buy as few as 1 or as many as you would like. Thats Great with me and will be a great suprise for my friend when he gets these care packages from me.

I had a question about my order, I sent an email and very shortly after I had a reply from them and a call from customer service that answered my question and also explained that they could send to APO boxes for military straight from their warehouse and save me even more money.

I wish I could remember the customers service ladies name but cant either way she was very polite and helpful. Im getting ready to place another order with them. If you want a great place online to shop and quality products I would personally say BUY from Minimus.biz Thank You very much "

"I've been shopping at minimus.biz for over a year (I eat a lot of cereal and so their single-serving bowls are a staple!) and have always had a positive experience. Good prices, fast (and free!) shipping. I've only had one order come with the wrong product, and they immediately and quickly shipped out a new one. Very friendly and helpful customer service. "

"I've placed several orders with this company and I am completely satisfied with the service. The quality of the products is excellent and the orders are filled in a timely manner. I order most of the products for my Mother who is in a nursing home so travelers are not the only beneficiary of this great service. "

"My niece in Singapore recently ordered from minimus.biz and had the order shipped to me here in Florida. She ordered 2 items at $7.49 each and shipping was $7.64. After submitting the order, she realized that she should have ordered 3 items total and qualify for free shipping for orders of $20 or more!

I sent an email to customer service at minimus, explaining the situation, and that I'd like to have the order changed so that I could take advantage of the free shipping. Darlene from customer service was very helpful, the order was ready to be shipped at the time, waiting to be picked up in a couple of hours, but she went ahead and changed the order for me.

I am a satisfied first time customer, and would definitely buy again from them, as well as recommend them to friends. Customer service is very important in internet shopping, as that is the only "human-interaction" behind a company website. Thank you Darlene, and minimus.biz!"

"I have placed several orders from Minimus and have been favorably impressed on each occasion. In many cases I have placed an order to be held at my destination so that I do not have to carry the snack items with me. Minimus has always delivered to my expectations!"

"This company has GREAT customer service. I placed an order online and then realized I had forgotten to order 5 more. I asked to rush shipping and didn't want to pay again for shipping so I sent them an email and asked them to add 5 more to my order. I received a phone call and an email confirming that they added 5 to my order and that the changed my shipping to free standard shipping as it would arrive to my house the next day due to their location and the proximity to my house. WHAT SERVICE!!!"

"I am extremely pleased with my recent order from Minimus. I ordered on Wednesday night, received an email the next day to say the order had shipped, and had the package on my doorstep on Friday--all with the free ground shipping! All of the products I ordered were exactly as described, and they were packed neatly and arrived in perfect condition. Plus, their prices were great and I liked being able to order single small items, like individual bags of tea and antiseptic wipes."

"I ordered; they sent everything promptly. I know it sounds simple, but it's all I can ask of a vendor. I would have been completely satisfied except that I wanted quantity 2 but received (and was charged for) quantity 4 of two items. However, that may have been my error while ordering."
