![Share](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"Overall quality of product - Excellent, I see this product lasting many years.<br>Quality Control - I would rate this a 2 star.<br>Reasons:<br>1) Table legs - Some legs bent at different angles causing the seats not to appear squared.<br>2) All thread - Had to use a hand file and Die to clean out threads due to welding slag.<br>3) All thread was not cut completely thru. It left a large burr on the end that had to be filed before a lock nut could go on. <br>4) Only received enough bolts to assemble 5 out of 9. (They probabaly only sent enough to do 9 tables without backrests. My order has the backrests)<br>5) Table top - large section of coating was discovered missing after unwrapping. We needed custom height table bases for our soon to be renovated Children\u0027s Library. I ended up speaking with the owner and received a quote within a day or two. Even this custom order was Significantly lower than all other vendors stock prices I was able to find.<br>He took the time to Listen to our needs and provided us with the best and most economical solution for those needs. <br>The table bases had a target ship date three weeks after order placed. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and they hit their shipping promise. <br>The only snafu, shipping cardboard boxes appear to be too lightweight to accommodate the weight shipped and showed up with some broken open and with one column M.I.A. One call to their friendly customer service dept.
