I would have appreciated knowing before ordering and paying. Other companies I order from do, you should also.<br>ANYWAY, I called with the intent to cancel the whole order. When customer service took my call everything changed. They listened to me. They apologized only ONCE!, for my inconvenience, and proceeded to make me confident that I had ordered a product that would surprise me due to superior quality and it was worth waiting for! Well, I was happy then and I must say happy now since I am wearing my new pants! I wish I could provide you with the name of the person who helped me. It is in another area of my PC and I don't at the moment want to take the risk of looking for it. The individual who took my call was friendly and in no hurry to deal with me. I had an enlightening conversation solely regarding the issue at hand. The rep was having fun doing their job. The rep was empathetic in a very subtle and nice way. There was no talking over each other or any semblance of readying a response to my comment or question prior to my actually finishing my sentence.<br>Last but not least, due to that individual, I am very happy that I listened; my order has been delivered and all is well. Too bad the discount that first brought me to look at this new product(for me) is no longer available. I would like to place another order.
