"I ordered this item for a Christmas present. My account was debited on 12/14. My emails about where the order is have gone unanswered. I now see that today 12/20 the order shows as "processing" I guess that means I can forget about a Christmas delivery. Never again. Don't say I didn't warn you."

"Items arrived very quickly. Unfortunately both do not work, no sound from the speakers. We tried three different IPods and spent an hour with Logitech and they are non functional. "I won't be dealing with this company again. I ordered the 40 AA Duracell batteries for $10.95 + shipping. The ad stated that they were "date stamped for freshness". Well it took over a week to get them, which is not too bad but longer than I expected. However, when I recieved them, they were shipped loose in a box with no packaging or protection. I only recieved 39 batteries, not 40. One of the batteries was corroded and unusable. The worst part is that ALL but one of the batteries were old and past their freshness date. Here is the breakdown of the dates on the batteries:
That is simply an unacceptable product. These should never have been offered up for sale without disclosing the fact that they were all outdated. So far I have been unable to contact the midnightbox folks on live chat as they are never online."

"Almost two weeks to deliver, and shipping was suspiciously higher ($7.98) than I recall seeing advertised ($2.95). Products appear to be fine, but again, labeled "for OEM use" or "not for individual sale" or similar. I understand the concept of buyouts, but it would be nice to be notified/warned beforehand. I never like to walk away with a mediocre deal because of shipping, much less thinking I have just purchased someone's recycling headache. Overall rating=meh."
