I was sent an email telling me the item was not in stock - so in addition to the 5-7 day estimated delivery, there would be another setback of 5-7 to be shipped from warehouse, because the warehouse does not direct ship !? First of all that makes zero sense as to why they would ship to one place just to ship to another, but it really made no sense as to why I paid such high shipping on an item that weighed less than a pound and had to wait so long to get it... I tried to cancel my order immediately when I received the email regarding the back order status, but was given an "out of the office auto reply" when following up a week later, I again was given the same "auto reply". I will never order anything else from this site, but eventually the part arrived. So in that I was relieved , but learned my lesson. Consequently, the ends that would allow the grid to be attached to a wide sliding patio screen door, the whole reason we bought these, were bent, and one was cracked and broken. One grid is salvageable, but not sure about the other one. Come on people! It's aluminum, not steel. It bends and breaks when it's thrown around in delivery trucks with no padding or protection.
