reply posted May-21-2013 “We canceled your order because your expressed your unhappiness in below review about the fact that your credit card was charged for a back-ordered item. Once a credit card is charged the only way to reverse this is to issue a refund, which in turn is equal to canceling your order, as we do not store your credit card information for security reasons and consequently can not re-charge it once the item arrives.
This refund was done the same day that we notified you that we canceled your order, so when you state in your update that the "refund has not been issued" your are plain and simply lying.
As to the prior order history:
When we contacted you the same day on which you placed your order to let you know that the item you ordered is not in stock you were given the option to wait for the item to arrive, to cancel your order or to purchase a more 20% more expensive item with additional features that is in stock. You seemed and still seem to think that it is our obligation to give you the more expensive item for free and that because we did not give it to you, you posted a 1 star review - despite the fact that on the phone, when presented with your options, you choose to wait for the back ordered item.
We do not give in to blackmailing nor are our prices so inflated that we can
give you a 20%+ discount just because you don't like to wait for an out-of stock item. The options available to you were explained to you on the phone the same day you placed your order. You choose to wait for the item you ordered to arrive, nevertheless you posted a 1 star review. If you think we deserve a 1 star review because we don't hand out freebees and have our other customers pay for it through inflated prices (the money has to come from somewhere - right?), this is your prerogative, but it is also our prerogative to not do any further business with you.
I'm sure, as you also rated our pricing of products and services as "very high priced", you will be able to get the same item cheaper and faster from someone else - good luck with that.”
