Just want to let you guys know that I just received my new P4 system. WOW. It's so damn fast. I am very happy with my purchase and with the price. This is the first time I purchased from your website, and it most certainly will not be the last. I was recommended to your site by my brother,Dermot, who has purchased, I believe, four systems from you to date. Two of my other brothers have also bought systems from you, one for the second time. That is a total of eight systems bought by members of my family over the last 3 - 4 years, with absolutely no problems to report. Just wanted to say thanks and that I will be recommending your site to my friends, and when I need a new system, as Arnold would say, I'll be back.
Great prices, great options, fast service, great fraud protection - I had system shipped to my work address which micropro would only do if I had my work address added to my credit card as a valid shipping address - great idea. So far not one of the about eight systems my family bought from micropro have failed or needed part replacement or anything, their burn in and testing program is excellent."

"Well, this is a somewhat long post (Forgive my misuse of Capitals and punctiuation, I use both sporadically). Ok here is my story about Micro Pro. I placed my order on June 5th pretty late, so my CC Info did not get validated until the next day, so it didnt ship until the 6th, which was a thursday. I continue to check my order through their tracking system all day on thursday. It was shipped that day so I was VERY impressed. On friday I checked my order status around 10 am EST. The package was IN MY CITY THAT DAY AT 9:35 am. I was like ROCK!!!! BUT, since I only specified 2 day deilvery, it was NOT shipped to my house, even though they could have EAISLY got it to my house that day. I was VERY upset, in a funny way though, just the fact that it was in my city waiting to be shipped, but since it was a weekday and 2 days after thursday was saturday and things dont get shipped on saturdays, sooooo, I get my things tommrow, I will update about my order then. PS, I bought a Motherboard, a processor, and a fan/heatsink combo. Hope it all gets here. (Like I said, I dont use captials and punctuation correctly at all.)"

He told me the item was in stock and would ship the following day bt FedEx 2-day. The item shipped and arrived as promised. It was a brand new item, not a used component like many of the negative experiences others have posted about. I had no need for a return or exchange so cannot comment on that, but can say that I got what I ordered exactly as promised."

"I ordered a black Enermax case from Micropro. It arrived ahead of scheduel, and it was GREAT. It even had two case fans pre-installed, but the description at time of ordering didn't say anything about them!! It said they were 'optional'. All-in-all, I was very pleased with Micro Pro."
"I ordered a custom AMD 2400 system and was quoted to get my system on a certain date. The system was done two days ahead of schedule. The system runs great and I am very happy with the price and quality."

"I live in the Cleveland area and heard about this place from a friend. I go there and it is unlike any other store I have been in concerning computers. They have no stock around for "eye candy". I am window shopper of sorts. No biggie. At the time I went here I was having several problem with a system I recently built. The "sales rep" I spoke with was real cocky . I asked him what the problem with the computer could be and he says "I dont know, I dont care not our product". I work in sales and know a little about selling. So when he says this I think "Hummm having problem with other brands here I will recommend this item". But he recommends NOTHING. Knowing a little about what I needed I bought a Asus A7N8X and a 40 gig WD hd. Put the items in and VIOLA, worked. The problem with the other system is yet to be solved. Working on RMA with Knoledgemicro on that. Dont get me wrong this place has a FANTASTIC array of products with some of the lowest prices. I will go back but I will be getting another sales rep to assist me. "
