"Hello, I Am Sorry To TEll you Guys that Micro Pro Has gone out of business, there are reasons that will not be released to the public, but i can assure you any orders that were released prior to closing down will be processed. the reasons you can not contact anyone at micropro are:
1. there is no more sales departament 2. there is no more customer service or tech departement 3. the only people that are there are the owners, who are trying to resolve final issues
So, please if you will, stop bashing a company for things it's not doing, when it is not possible for the company to do these things anymore
I'm terribly sorry if this company has caused any of you hassles, but all good things have an end. and it is time for this one. i bid you all farewell

Just want to let you guys know that I just received my new P4 system. WOW. It's so damn fast. I am very happy with my purchase and with the price. This is the first time I purchased from your website, and it most certainly will not be the last. I was recommended to your site by my brother,Dermot, who has purchased, I believe, four systems from you to date. Two of my other brothers have also bought systems from you, one for the second time. That is a total of eight systems bought by members of my family over the last 3 - 4 years, with absolutely no problems to report. Just wanted to say thanks and that I will be recommending your site to my friends, and when I need a new system, as Arnold would say, I'll be back.
Great prices, great options, fast service, great fraud protection - I had system shipped to my work address which micropro would only do if I had my work address added to my credit card as a valid shipping address - great idea. So far not one of the about eight systems my family bought from micropro have failed or needed part replacement or anything, their burn in and testing program is excellent."

"Well, this is a somewhat long post (Forgive my misuse of Capitals and punctiuation, I use both sporadically). Ok here is my story about Micro Pro. I placed my order on June 5th pretty late, so my CC Info did not get validated until the next day, so it didnt ship until the 6th, which was a thursday. I continue to check my order through their tracking system all day on thursday. It was shipped that day so I was VERY impressed. On friday I checked my order status around 10 am EST. The package was IN MY CITY THAT DAY AT 9:35 am. I was like ROCK!!!! BUT, since I only specified 2 day deilvery, it was NOT shipped to my house, even though they could have EAISLY got it to my house that day. I was VERY upset, in a funny way though, just the fact that it was in my city waiting to be shipped, but since it was a weekday and 2 days after thursday was saturday and things dont get shipped on saturdays, sooooo, I get my things tommrow, I will update about my order then. PS, I bought a Motherboard, a processor, and a fan/heatsink combo. Hope it all gets here. (Like I said, I dont use captials and punctuation correctly at all.)"

"This company has falsly advertised products on their site, and then they don't even know if the item excists.I ordered a video card on the assumption that it was in stock like their site said and like a rep told me on the phone when I called to confirm I was getting the correct card.Well they ship fast, but it was the wrong card.They bait and swiched with a lesser quality card and asked me to buy another,and only then they can verify it is in stock.But if it is'nt I would have to wait 10 business days to get a refund for a card they will charge me for on the spot but not have.Should'nt they know if it is? They advertise it is.Thats cheating customers, and thats not right.don't trust them,the reps know nothing about products, and the morals are seriously questionable.I thought since they got a decent rating here they would be trustworthy,but don't let ratings fool you.Try the BBB,I'm reporting the bait and switch tactics there."

"I made an order for a PIONEER DVR-A05 DVD drive late on Friday May 23rd before memorial weekend. I figured that the order would be processed on Tuesday 27th and perhaps shipped same day. I recieved an email Tuesday 27th saying the shipping and billing addresses were different. I called the bank and added the shipping address. I called MicroPro to inform them and was told that the address would be verified and the order would ship either late the same day (Tue) or Wednesday morning. Now I checked their website for tracking information around 1:00pm Wednesday to find out that the nothing had been changed and the information still claimed the shipping address was not valid. I called MicroPro to find out what was going on and the rep. told me he didn't understand why the shipping address was still not verified. He told me that I would recieve an email in half hour with the order status. Well I waited around 5 hours before deciding to call them back. I spoke to a representative and explained what had happened and asked what was the status of the order, his reply was to tell me that there is still a problem with my shipping address and he has to check with the accounting dept. I asked him to cancel my order. What poor service! All this run-around just because I wanted was my order shipped to a different address. Be careful with these guys, their departments don't seem to communicate very well to solve small issues such as this one - the verdict? Waste of your time."
