"I placed an order on May 10th. I expected to receive it by May 15th or 16th. When I didn't have it on the 16th, I sent an expedite request. Without replying until the next day, I learned that they shipped my order hours after I expedited it on the 16th. Not very quick in shipping or explaining the delay."
