Expect about 25% of every order to be defective, or not show up at all. At first I thought I was unlucky, but many orders later I get it, duh. Order tracking is terrible (if using USPS which only tells you after you got your stuff!)
Keep all invoices (because Meritline seems incapable of locating your orders in their system, or understanding the questions you may have - their customer service people are not at all technical, or at least wish us to believe so) and after just a little extra effort you will probably get your money back, or maybe a replacement unit which might funtion.
Basically, for cords - benign, low value, not mission-critical, stuff - these guys are okay, but the amazing deals on memory, etc., are a gamble. I have had a few hits, but enough misses now to have learned to beware. Last batch = fail, again. Is it "grey" market stuff?
Also, they sell some units with limited drivers, which you have to pay for the full versions, rendering the unit more expensive than WalMart. When told (and multiple reviews mentioning this on their own pages!) Meritline act completely clueless... Then there are units with even unavailable drivers. Very frustrating.

I never received the time due to in correct shipping address... Seller does verify if address is correct... Tried to get in touch with meritline 1 hour after order was placed, but no answer on phone during business hours... Immediately emailed meritline to advise them of the mistake and no got back to me until many days later after order was shipped! Contacted shipper and was notified that I can pick up the goods from the depot in the area were order was shipped, but I was never successful in getting the item! I'm very displeased in the way meritline deals with customers will not purchase from them again!

Haven't used it yet ( I'm keeping it as a spare) but it looks as substantive as the current device I use. I will update with any pertinent updates if issues arise. Value priced!!!

When purchasing the referenced item I was not sure it was the correct part I needed. I called Meritline spoke with customer service and they were extremely helpful in assisting me in ordering the correct unit for my needs. The customer service representative was helpful and knowledgeable and I will continue to purchase good from Meritline.

Fast quick service-shipping took 9 days even though the items came from Hong Kong. An earlier order did not arrive and on the same day as the company got my email they credited me. They seem to have the old attitude of pleasing customers; I will continue to use them whenever I need their merchandise (disks, cables, accessories.)

I have ordered quite a few times from the Meritline, and called them one time to correct a charge problem. They were responsive and quickly resolved the problem. Good merchant.

I was extremely satisfied with this company and its shipping. They have the best prices I have ever seen for MicroSD cards, Flash Drives, and DVDs. I have only purchased once from this company, but after seeing what great service they give, they are now added to my top site to buy from whenever I need any more storage devices. Out of 5 stars, I would give this company 10. Thank you Meritline for all your support and great service.

The price is good but the customer service is not good at all. Took 10 days to get the order from an hour distance. First because the billing address didn't match the cc, that was one week and then Fedex delivered it in a wrong address and meritline wouldn't believe me, they kept saying that it was delivered. I had to contact Fedex myself to get the item. I have been buying at Uline and thought I would save some money. I was wrong. I am going back to Uline, that is ALWAYS sooo reliable; Everything gets here in one day.
