"I was impressed with this merchant and their product. The order was packaged very sturdily. The 1000 CDRs I ordered were exactly what I wanted at the cheapest price I could find. The order was processed on June 14 and received on June 24, only 6 business days later (and I used ground shipping). I had spoken with a lady on the phone before placing the order online and she was nice, geniune, and helpful. Didn't try to act all professional, but was just plain, honest and nice. I REALLY appreciate that. Overall, I was very happy with the order, and I'm excited to order from them again next time around. Oh, and they threw in a gift for ordering through them - a small 6 CD carrying case. Nice touch!"

The one time I had a problem (and it was a UPS shipping error - not Meritline's fault) Meritline was quite communicative and helpful - always polite, and they always came to a resolution. I think some people are quick to judge a company like this due to some prejudices and false assumptions about small operations like Meritline, but I can vouch for the fact that their customer service is exemplary, their product is excellent, and I have always been pleased with them.. Meritline is run by honest folks and they do seem to care about their customers' satisfaction. I buy all my media here now; there's really no other place that compares.

When I opened up the package I had a nice little surprise...a free CD wallet! Nice touch. If I ever run out of ink again (I bought 6 cartridges) I will know where to go...Meritline has earned a new customer. I haven't used the ink yet so I cant comment on the quality but when I use the ink I will post the results."

I only have a pioneer dvr-104 so cant tell for sure if they really are 4x. But I am happy with my order."
