I sent the 3 defective items back via a RMA (at my cost ~ 1\/4 of the original cost). Today I received the replacements and they were also all defective. Its offerings are low-priced *and* often include free shipping. 90% of the time the products are an extremely good value. Meritline has been 100% reliable in the ordering process, always ships exactly what I ordered, and seems to always ship within a day or two. I've ordered Ethernet cables, digital weighing scales, paper products, drinking cups, flash drives, cell phone accessories ... you name it. Many are just little "splurge" items, for no more than a couple of dollars. I've ordered $1 items before with free shipping, and I don't even see how they can make money on those -- but I've been happy with them.<br><br>There are two downsides to ordering from Meritline: <br>(1) some items ship from China, so take a couple of weeks to arrive -- I'm prepared for that, so it's OK. <br>(2) some items are inexpensively made -- I wouldn't say poor quality, but may not have features you might expect. For example, I bought some aluminum water bottles. The bottle quality is fine, but the finish ("paint") isn't permanent enough that the bottle has to be hand-washed, it can't be run through the dishwasher or the colorful finish will eventually wear off. Be sure to read the product detail info before you purchase.<br><br>All in all, I'd say that I enjoy ordering from Meritline and seeing small goodies showing up in the mail. The prices are very good and the merchant has been 100% reliable. If you expect the same quality of print that you got from the toner cartridges supplied with your printer, you will be VERY diappointed. I purchased this cartridge in May but didn't get it into the printer until January, a month out of warranty. The printing is very light, there is shadow printing in the background. I use my printer for legal documents and the cartridge is worthless for me.
