I did not read the specs carefully and thus when I installed the Mygica USB 2.0 Digital TV ATSC, the computer got hung up as the software is designed for Vista and Window 7 operating systems. Meritline was very obliging and returned my purchase price ($24.95) promptly.

The site had a great price for 3rd party epson inkjet cartridges and shipping was free. The box arrived in 3 days and worked fine in my printer. Will certainly consider them for my next purchase.

MEritline is cheap and fast...though the stuff is not always of the highest quality. I have had a few items break on me...but its so cheap that it is hard to justify sending it back. So far, most items working in condition as described.

My purchase was toner for the copy machine at my church. I was able to purchase three (3)cartridges for LESS than the price I would have had to pay for just one (1)at the office supply stores, to include the discount chains. Since we are a small country church and have limited funds this was great. Meritline is bookmarked as a favorite for personal as well as business ordering.

PROS: A great price. A very nice product. A nice thick guage of metal, a nice arangement of mounting holes in the bracklet and the best part, it comes with evrything you need to mount it to any solid surface for secure support. Also; it came with FREE 15 Feet HDMI v1.3b Male to Male Cable, Category 2 Certified, 28AWG Cable.  
CONS: 1) The supplied and intergrated level is not accurate. Had to use my own level to properly level the bracket. Not a big deal, unless you had already mounted it, using the supplied level, put your TV on it and stood back and seen that it is crooked. 2) The bracket should be 2 inches longer to anchor it at both ends to 16" center studs. However, like I said before, the thick guage of the bracket is such that this is not a nesessity but would be nice for that added touch of security.

Great deal. Received the product in good condition. Of course the shippping took a bit ong as expected. Satisfied with the service. Will continue to buy from the store.

I received a quick response from Leon, the customer service representative who promptly issued a refund, although I received the items a couple of days later and let them know about it, they allowed me to keep the items as a gift.

The shipping is on time and the product is nice. However, the antenna only accept one local channel, which is much less than it suggests.  
Anyway, it's the first time that I buy things from meritline. I think I will continue trying other products from it. Thank you very much.

My order was misplaced. I accidentally shipped it to the wrong address and the USPS says the package could not be delivered and will be returned. I have updated my account addresses in the Meritline and USPS. Is there anyway I can get my package?
