"Great support team and service, especially Jay and Oliver were very helpful. 5 stars for support service, 4* for my purchased item (Cube U30GT 2 tablet) and 3* for the delivery time to Europe (almost 1 month).
Will definetly buy from Merimobiles again!

"I was looking for a store where I could buy my new phone, the only problem is the fact that I live in Italy while the phone I wanted was sold only in China, then a friend recommended me this site Merimobiles saying he had purchased from them and be very satisfied, also concerning the shipment (the Italian customs is very strict with imported products), however the courier used and care in compiling the transport documents properly facilitated customs clearance, in a few days I received the package. They have products and brands of excellent quality, always available to talk with any questions and were able to give me the phone model I was looking for (Huawei U9508 full-white color with 2GB ram) although in other sites was sold out, moreover during the holiday season .
I was very pleased, thank you very much Merimobiles!"

"Ordered a Hyundai Hold X700 with express shipping (DHL).. on arrival, discovered 12 hours after unboxing that the OTG port was bad. they agreed to "repair" the unit and sent it to a third party repair company, but they were unable to fix the problem, and merimobiles agreed to replace it. waited 5 days and then had to call them before the replacement order was even issued. then had to wait 15 days for the new one to arrive, only to find out that the 2 little screws that hold the units shell together had been stripped out (probably during the assembly process). I asked them to just send me the replacement screws and I would replace them myself, but instead they insisted that I return it for a refund (probably because they were tired of dealing with me) I decided to replace the screws myself. Then 2 weeks later, it stopped charging, would indicate that it was plugged in and charging but just continued to discharge. be careful with merimobiles, it's a crap shoot when dealing with them. the north american sales reps and customer service agents will only offer to help you to a point, then you firmly get the impression that they are tired of dealing with you and just want you to go away. The guys in china who run the show care more about their bottom dollar and minimizing their profit loses than customer service and satisfaction."

We took extra steps to provide you with good service in contrary to what you are claiming. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer. You did not pay for the USA Service Plan which is provided by a 3rd party company in the US (they repair tablets/smartphones for anyone interested)

To save you time, we payed$$ the 3rd Party repair facility in the USA to get the tablet repaired (that is not part of the manufacturers warranty), which goes against what you said that "we do not care about customer service and only care about bottom dollar."

Replacement was issued without getting your unit back, replacement are sent via regular mail that is the policy, we again bent the rules for you and updated the shipping to a faster shipping method at no cost. The replacement we sent was brand new.

The Manufacturer does NOT provide replacement screws, any tempering with the unit will void their warranty. This is the reason why we cannot send replacement
screws.

You still have the 1 year warranty with the manufacturer and if anything we stand behind it and make sure that it gets honored. Feel free to contact us.

I am sorry if you are dissatisfied with the transaction, I do feel that my service team did take extra steps to help get this resolved.

"- Trusted site to purchase
- Jay at technical service is helpful even if he cannot answer you all requests
- Delivery cost is a bit expensive and they made mistake with the carrier at the beginning but finally the ordered item was delivered
- cost of products are neither cheap nor expensive, comparing to other sites"

"I ordered a tablet, CHUWI v88 and was told the item was in stock. Problems arose and the tablet was delayed due to software. Jay at Merimobiles was great to work with and resolved the problem.

"Very good.
Had a tablet shipped to Canada via EMS expedited. Took just over two weeks. No broker fees or extra taxes. Asked to have the screen cover installed, all good. Have no experience with returns but if you get a good product the first time like I did, it's worth the buy."

"I've ordered a Star Note mobile on 24th Jan. The mobile arrived in the beginning of March. The mobile is cool, I love it. The staff working for Merimobiles are very kind and really answering within 48 hours as they write. I would recommend them to any friend of mine if want to buy something. The time spent between the money transfer and the package sending was a little long, but eventually I have received the pack withing 10 days instead of 10-16 days as it was written. So I would give 5***** to Merimobiles. Kinga"

"I bought a momo19 tablet. Before deciding on my slate, I had a few chat sessions and emails. Response and information was fast and to the point.
Order was dispatched and received pretty quick. After sales support is once again very good.
I will certainly come back to Merimobiles and have no hesitation to recommend them to my friends.

"I had a very pleasant first experience with this website.
I bought two Ip Cam Easyn on 21th Feb, the order had been sent out on 23th Feb and received on 2nd Mar Signed-for postage for free !
Ok the tracking number didn't work but I have my purchase and I'm very happy.
The two Ip Cams work really well, so nothing else to tell !
I will buy again."

"Ordered a Cube U9GT3 tablet in this shop. Delivery time was very fast to germany, only 4 working days, and the package was very safe. So the tablet reached me as promised, everything was working perfectly. Some questions to the order were answered fast from their service. Price for delivering and the product himself were very good. If I would be anything again in China, this shop would be the first to search."

"I ordered Ployer momo12 a 10.1? tablet. The item was OK.
I had some troubles with the order, since the item was not shipped as it should be. Merimobiles claimed that the item was not shipped because on the order I did not specifically write my phone number (which is really stupid, since they have all my data when I registered on the site). However my problem with this was not about the delay but about the fact that they did not notify me of this and only after a while when I sent them a really angry email did they reply and let me know about the ?problems? they have encountered.
After some more sending mails back and forth with merimobiles manager Stone, he apparently made things right and my item was soon sent on and arrived exactly one month after order.
Luckily the item was in perfect working order so they delivered what I ordered and even included capacitive gloves and a free screen protector.
Singapore post tracking is a bit of a sham also, since they only provide tracking within singapore, but it is a good indicator that your item actually letf singapore and is on it's way towards you.
Despite this initial problems I am inclined to buy there again if I need some electronics gadget in the future."

"I bought a smartphone from merimobile (Huawei u9508), I am very satisfied, I didn' t had any problems at all. My order came on time and everthing was very well,very good after-sales service (product progress information, softwear support...). Although it was my first purchase from merimobiles i recommend you to buy from this site. :-)"
