We took extra steps to provide you with good service in contrary to what you are claiming. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer. You did not pay for the USA Service Plan which is provided by a 3rd party company in the US (they repair tablets/smartphones for anyone interested)
To save you time, we payed$$ the 3rd Party repair facility in the USA to get the tablet repaired (that is not part of the manufacturers warranty), which goes against what you said that "we do not care about customer service and only care about bottom dollar."
Replacement was issued without getting your unit back, replacement are sent via regular mail that is the policy, we again bent the rules for you and updated the shipping to a faster shipping method at no cost. The replacement we sent was brand new.
The Manufacturer does NOT provide replacement screws, any tempering with the unit will void their warranty. This is the reason why we cannot send replacement
screws.
You still have the 1 year warranty with the manufacturer and if anything we stand behind it and make sure that it gets honored. Feel free to contact us.
I am sorry if you are dissatisfied with the transaction, I do feel that my service team did take extra steps to help get this resolved.
