"I placed the order for all my computer parts online (previous invoice) and within a day they had all the parts organized and ready for me to pay and pick them up right from the store. Was in and out within twenty minutes with everything I needed. They have a very good selection, and very reasonable prices, their staff is friendly and always wanting to help. I will definitely purchase from this store again (3rd purchase already)."

"I bought laptop computers, accessories and software from them three times. Their price is very competitive (plus no PST in other provinces). Everytime the order was promptly processed and shipped. They are also helpful for asking Microsoft on my behalf to send me a replacement CD. "

"This is an in store purchase. I went to the memory express in Calgary NW. I plan to buy my boy friend a computer, I compared its prices on each single items with other big online merchants, NCIX, Newegg.ca, Tigerdirect.ca, Memory Express definitely has the lowest possible price for each of the items that I am looking for. They also offer price match, so I was trying to google a lower price very hard, but didn't find any. I bought the following items:
AMD Phenom II x 2 550 3.1 GHZ Black edition,
ASUS M4A78-E Motherboard
Seagate 1TB SATA Hard drive for only $85
OCZ 700W Game XStream Power Supply
Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 1GB GDDR5
BenQ 21.5in LCD Monitor
Antec 900 Ultimate Gamer Case
The new computer is working great now. Both my boy friend and I are very happy about it. I am very happy with the prices I got, and also the store has excellent excellent customer services. It was a wonderful shopping experience at Memory Express NW store, and I will definitely go there again in the future. I’ve already told my friends and would like to recommend this store to everybody online as well.

"I regularly buy from Memory Express in store (Calgary NW). Usually verify availability of the part(s) online first and then go into store. The staff there are always friendly and happy to go pull parts from the part list I print from their website. Their price matching is AMAZING - while their prices are quite low, occasionally I can find one or two other online-only vendors in Canada that have a cheaper price. So I print out the price from the competitor website and they match it - always. Even when it is a big discount or below their cost. THIS is how you build customer loyalty! Try fighting for a price match at BestBuy or Future Shop and you will know what I mean. I find that memory express has a deeper selection than other local retailers, comparable with that of many online retailers, and the parts are available for local pick-up! I have made more than a dozen purchases -- big and small -- from this company in the past year or so (2009/2010) and would definitely return again."

"I have shopped in the Calgary NE location at least a dozen times. Prices are extremely competitive, helps to know what you are looking for, but other than the occasional wait to talk with staff, I am happy with their service. I will continue to shop here whenever I can."

"Memory Express is the type of computer store I have always dreamed of. Very clean and bright and filled with friendly and helpful staff. I've always enjoyed building my own computers and getting the most bang for my buck. I would never dream of buying an HP or Acer somewhere like Future Shop as 'custom' is always the way to go.

Most of the time their prices are lower by at least a few dollars, but in cases where it's not I end up saving more by using their price beat guarantee.

The biggest plus is probably just how knowledgeable the staff are. It's very difficult to keep up with all the changes and new technologies, so a lot of the time I'll need advice. I always go with their recommendations on my custom builds and have been very happy with each one of them. I've recommended them to some of my non tech savvy friends who were very impressed with their end result and just how easy it was."

"it is the ony place to buy my computer parts at. I no longer bother checking with the competitors. It is a store with friendly, knowledgable, and helpfull staff and they even have informative product review videos on you tube and a chance to win prizes."
