"This company bent over backwards to provide good service and help resolve my problem of getting my computer to read the RAM even to the point of researching my computer and calling me with suggestions. Very quick response to e-mails and good communication. Highly recommend."

"One of the best web transaction I ever had:

Great and competent customer service over the phone, memory shipped the same day I placed the order, memory was very carefully packed, great price, free shipping.

Highly, highly recommended!"

"These guys were all about service. I had a great experience with them. They had my Mac Pro memory in stock and shipped it out the same day. Once the memory arrived, there was 1 bad module (out of 8). I called them and they immediately shipped out 2 replacement modules and a return shipping envelope. Then I accidentally shipped them back the wrong modules (completely my mistake, I wasn't paying attention) and once I contacted them about it, they shipped me back the modules with another return envelope. They were always professional and courteous on the phone (I called them each time, so I am not sure about their email service level). I would definitely purchase from them again. "

"I don't usually write reviews, but really felt compelled to for Memory America.

I was looking for a good deal for RAM for my Mac Pro and knew of other companies as to where I could buy RAM from. I checked out MacRumors.com to read suggestions on their "Guides" section, and Memory America was listed as one the recommended sites. I did deal with another company before for a RAM purchase, which were very good as well, but Memory America won by purchase by the great prices. The RAM shipped promptly and arrived on time. I installed the RAM and encountered a problem. I emailed Memory America via a form on their site. However I didn't get an email but rather an actual phone call from their customer service rep, Steve. That was a very nice surprise indeed. The reason why the RAM wasn't being seen by my Mac Pro was because I inserted the modules incorrectly which Steve quickly instructed me how to do it right. Then it worked great!

I would recommend Memory America for anyone looking for memory upgrades for their computers at a great price with great customer service! I will buy from them again for future RAM upgrades."

"I ordered 4GB of memory (2x 2GB modules) for my Mac Pro (early 2008). The order shipped & arrived extremely quickly (next day), even with the slowest shipping method (Note: I live in the same state as the company).

The memory modules weren't recognized by my Mac Pro at first, but after switching positions with Apple's pre-installed memory modules, they were recognized and now work perfectly in my machine -- so incredibly fast, now! And the price was unbeatable; I searched 5-6 other memory suppliers whose prices were significantly higher for essentially the same quality product.

My only gripe with this reseller: I didn't feel that the memory was packaged as safely as it should have been. The modules themselves were inside of a clear plastic carton, but the carton was slightly too small to hold them, so it didn't stay tightly sealed in shipping (i.e. dust and debris could have gotten into the package). Also, shouldn't sensitive electronics like this be packaged in anti-static plastic sleeves? Well, they weren't. Just the undersized plastic carton surrounded by regular packing peanuts. But hey, they arrived fine and work fine (and there was a 30-day money-back guarantee if anything did go wrong), so I'm happy."

"I bought 32GM of memory for my MacPro from these folks back in 2009. A few weeks ago, I had two of the 4GB modules go bad. I used Memory America's on-line customer service chat service. Within seconds, they found my order from three years ago, and just said, "We're sending out replacement modules, you'll have them in a few days. When I received the modules, they were not compatible with the modules I had. I chatted with customer service via their on-line chat service and Andrew confirmed that there could be a compatibility issue. He said, "no problem, we'll just replace all eight 4GB SIMM's. I received the eight new 4GB SIMM's and installed them. They are working great, and because they are newer technology, they are running roughly 30 degrees F cooler than the previous SIMM's. I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. The replacement warranty is real, and they din't even hesitate. Good company - good people."

"I've made 2 seperate purchases from Memory America. I live in Alaska and both orders were received within 5 days, including a weekend. Both orders were correct, shipping was included in the advertised price. I have friends that have had positive experiences with Memrory America. They all spoke highly of Memory America and I decided to take a chance. No regrets, they are prompt, they provide a comment area where you can tell them exactly what equipment your order is for and if it is incorrect for your equipment, they will let you know and suggest a different part that is correct for your equipment. As mentioned, I've had two positive experiences with them and will no doubt do business with them again. An excellent company IMHO. Incidently, both orders were packaged in anti static envelopes before the bubble wrap and envelope. You should feel confident when ordering from this company. "

"You never really know how good a vendor is until something goes wrong. Memory America really proved that they are a first rate organization on my first order.

Luck would have it that one of the DIMM modules I ordered was defective. Happens to any vendor when you order enough modules. The difference with Memory America is I sent a single e-mail with a description of the problem and what I did to debug the problem. The reply e-mail notified me that replacement modules were on there with free return postage for the defective modules. I had the replacement module in my hands in two days. Not only did Memory America send one module, but they sent two replacement modules. Luck would have it that one of the other modules that came with the first shipment was intermittently functioning as well, so this second module came in very handy.

Amazing customer service. No hours waiting on hold for a representative. No silly debug script to run through over the phone. No need to give a credit card number for advanced replacement.

Even the best of merchants will occasionally have defective merchandise - what separates the mundane merchant from a superb one is how they react when this occurs. On that regard Memory America is amont the best."

"I ordered a memory upgrade for my Dell laptop. There was a problem with the physical size preventing the modules from fitting into the memory bay. Memory America promptly corrected the problem sending me new memory and a paid return for the memory that wouldn’t fit. I would do business with them again."
