"We ordered $1200 worth of server RAM on a Monday and it was still "pending review" on the following Tuesday. I called Memory America to cancel the order as we had to order elsewhere to get this RAM a.s.a.p. I was treated very professionally and received a cancellation confirmation e-mail within minutes. I am not giving 5 stars across the board as we did not actually complete the transaction due to it being held for review. However, we will be giving this company another chance in the future."

"You never really know how good a vendor is until something goes wrong. Memory America really proved that they are a first rate organization on my first order.

Luck would have it that one of the DIMM modules I ordered was defective. Happens to any vendor when you order enough modules. The difference with Memory America is I sent a single e-mail with a description of the problem and what I did to debug the problem. The reply e-mail notified me that replacement modules were on there with free return postage for the defective modules. I had the replacement module in my hands in two days. Not only did Memory America send one module, but they sent two replacement modules. Luck would have it that one of the other modules that came with the first shipment was intermittently functioning as well, so this second module came in very handy.

Amazing customer service. No hours waiting on hold for a representative. No silly debug script to run through over the phone. No need to give a credit card number for advanced replacement.

Even the best of merchants will occasionally have defective merchandise - what separates the mundane merchant from a superb one is how they react when this occurs. On that regard Memory America is amont the best."

"I have never written a review for a company that I have ordered from in the past, so right from the start this should tell you the quality of this business.

First off, Memory America had the best prices for RAM upgrades for my MacBook that I could find. While other stores are charging $60 for 4GB upgrade packs, I found a 6GB pack from Memory America for $70. This simply amazed me.

I placed my order at about 10:00 P.M. CST on 12/9/10, and to my complete amazement, on the morning of 12/10/10 at 8:00 A.M. I received a confirmation email from USPS saying that my package had been shipped to the St. Paul office (I live in a suburb of St. Paul, MN) and would be delivered within 1 day. Not only was this fantastic shipping speed overall, but I used the *standard* shipping system, which Memory America says will take 3-8 business days.

I was completely amazed, and while I haven't tried this specific memory yet, I expect that it will function the same as this company, perfectly.

I would recommend this company to anyone, if you need RAM, order from here and you will be pleasantly surprised. "

"After Googling Memory America's various reviews i decided to make a purchase from them. I read that the customer service was 1st rate. I had a few questions ,so i called.Not only were my questions answered but we shared a few laughs.I feel very comfortable dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and professional. The same person also took my order and said shipping was free {$33.98 order}and i would receive my order by Thursday{i called Friday}I got it Monday.I am on the east coast. That's fast.Product shipped in sealed static free pouches, wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a manila,bubble lined bag with USPS Delivery Confirmation. I installed and works flawlessly.The reason i needed this is because i installed a popular anti-virus program and it bogged my p c down with slow uploads even though i have high speed.I highly recommend this company.Thank you Memory America."

"Absolutely fantastic buying experience! Purchased memory for two different aging laptops and the memoryamerica website was very helpful in selecting the right memory. I have to rave about their excellent customer service as they were lightining fast and super professional in resolving a shipper-related problem. I have no doubt I will use Memory America again; Thanks a million guys!"

"I don't usually write reviews, but really felt compelled to for Memory America.

I was looking for a good deal for RAM for my Mac Pro and knew of other companies as to where I could buy RAM from. I checked out MacRumors.com to read suggestions on their "Guides" section, and Memory America was listed as one the recommended sites. I did deal with another company before for a RAM purchase, which were very good as well, but Memory America won by purchase by the great prices. The RAM shipped promptly and arrived on time. I installed the RAM and encountered a problem. I emailed Memory America via a form on their site. However I didn't get an email but rather an actual phone call from their customer service rep, Steve. That was a very nice surprise indeed. The reason why the RAM wasn't being seen by my Mac Pro was because I inserted the modules incorrectly which Steve quickly instructed me how to do it right. Then it worked great!

I would recommend Memory America for anyone looking for memory upgrades for their computers at a great price with great customer service! I will buy from them again for future RAM upgrades."

"They have a great web site that reflects a wide selection of products at very competitive prices. I purchased 4GB of Mac memory and could not find a lower price from any other supplier. The order was quickly acknowledged and shipped the same day in what turned out to be very study packaging. The memory worked as advertised and comes with a lifetime warranty. They have a great BBB rating as well as great reviews on Yahoo and have earned my future business. Thank you"

"I've made 2 seperate purchases from Memory America. I live in Alaska and both orders were received within 5 days, including a weekend. Both orders were correct, shipping was included in the advertised price. I have friends that have had positive experiences with Memrory America. They all spoke highly of Memory America and I decided to take a chance. No regrets, they are prompt, they provide a comment area where you can tell them exactly what equipment your order is for and if it is incorrect for your equipment, they will let you know and suggest a different part that is correct for your equipment. As mentioned, I've had two positive experiences with them and will no doubt do business with them again. An excellent company IMHO. Incidently, both orders were packaged in anti static envelopes before the bubble wrap and envelope. You should feel confident when ordering from this company. "

"BEWARE: This company conducts bait and switch practices. This was a complete waste of time. I ordered a NAS device and several hours later they blamed LaCie for changing the price and offered me the product for 35% more than the advertised price. Now I have to wait 4-10 Business days for the refund so I can buy the product from another company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!"
