"This is the worst store to do business with. I purchased a brand new keyboard for $100 from them. They sent me a used, beat up, filthy dirty, damaged, and DOA keyboard. Not only did I receive a damaged product, I had to keep calling them to get my product shipped. Finally made them promise to overnight it to me because they didn't ship within the time frame promised. I will never do business with this merchant and recommend you don't either. "

"I am out $291.20. they refuse refund, I did not authorize charge, I cancelled order when they told me it was back ordered, they sent it out then anyway. They tried to sell me a different product. very difficult to deal with, either pushy or non responsive. BEWARE!!!"

"I called to verify that a hard drive was in stock, after a person there confirmed it was in stock i went to the website and placed the order. Later that day they sent me a tracking number and told me the drive had shipped. The next day the same person from memory4less calls my company and says, "I'm looking for pricing on a part" then proceeds to give me the exact part number i ordered from him yesterday. After I shockingly tell him that is the part i ordered from him yesterday he fumbles and says "Oh I am looking for 5 now for something else." I gave him the benefit of the doubt and left it at that. Then a few days later over the weekend I get an email from him saying they don't have the drive and asks me if he can ship me a completely different drive which is much cheaper as a replacement. The drive could not be used as a replacement, these guys are complete idiots and don't really have anything in stock. They are even stupid enough to call you to try and order something that they are suppposed to be selling to you. "

"I ordered an Intel Celeron 633mhz CPU. They had one of the best pricess on-line. I ordered online on a Thursday night. I received notification with an email confirming I made an order with them on Friday. That Tuesday, I received another email stating my order had been processed and shipped the day prior. I was given a tracking number. I was not able to find the time to check and did not try to access this tracking number. I received my product that Thursday. (One Week from the original order date) I also received an email following up stating that they had received notice that the package had been delivered to me. It was packaged well and no damage during shipment. I have since installed the CPU and it works great. I had good luck, and will make another venture with this company again...for the right price."

"Very dis-satisfied with the entire purchase process.

My credit card was debited without the order being shipped, and there is no way to track the orders online from their web-site (after logging into your a/c's). Sent an e-mail requesting status without any luck. Ultimately had to call them and explained the whole process, (4 days after my CC was debited), and managed to get the order shipped. Its sorry state of affairs. Would rather pay the extra 5-10% at newegg/zipzoomfly, than do any business with these folks."

"I am extremely pleased with the products and customer service our company has always received from Memory4Less.

Recently we placed two very large orders through M4L Sales Manager. We got the right product, delivered when promised despite a short two-day delivery window for one of the shipments. Because M4L knew I was concerned about delivering according to our bid schedule, they extended themselves for us, delivering by local truck instead of common carrier so we could be certain the promised date would be met.

I highly recommend Memory4Less because of the great personalized service and high confidence in the products M4L sells.

"Ordered the exact memory for my computer, 1GB size. Called first to confirm they had it since their website said it was backordered till 1/5. Requested and received overnight shipping. Perfect transaction. Product exactly as advertised. Shipped directly from supplier (Kingston). Installed and works fine. Contrary to some other commentors, I had an excellent experience with this transaction and product."

"I would recommend them to everybody!There customer service department is AWESOME!I thought I was ordering a a 775Socket Motherboard so I had it shipped NextDay Air when in reality I was ordering more DDR2 memory.I notified there customer service department and THEY TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME!!!Not only did they send me my refund they refunded me the money that it cost to ship NextDay Air and on top of that they felt sorry for me and DID NOT CHARGE ME THE 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE!"
