"Bought a macbook pro 15" unibody bottom case replacement cover base. But when it was delivered, I opened up the package to see it was a used , scratched up case. Totally not worth it.. Will never buy from again. At least state to the customer if you are selling used / new
Update: After checking this site, apparently they had made a mistake in shipping for used part/ vs. new part. Their support immediately contacted me and offered to ship a replacement the part at no cost. I received the new part today (Jan 18) in my mail and was very pleased. Therefore I'm changing my satisfaction to 5 stars from 1 star, will definitely buy from memory4less again. Thanks for the quick response and correction."
"Terrible customer service, I placed an order for a graphics card on Cyber Monday and it was in processing for a week before it shipped. When it finally arrived it was clearly defective and I RMA'd it. They approved a replacement after I had to pay to ship back the defective card but the replacement has been processing for 11 days now without shipping. In total it's been almost a month since my original order and I still don't have my graphic card!"
