Infineon is the main European manufacturer of DRAM and module (formal known as Siemens). Kingston is a third party manufacturer which actually purchases chips from Micron and Infineon. Both Micron and Infineon are considered higher quality than Kingston memory. We have very high ratings in Bizrate 5000+ and Yahoo Shopping 10, 000+.”

"I thought that this was a good company to deal with. Ordered two printer memory cards and one was bad, so we sent it back for a replacement. But instead of a replacement they credited the credit card. I called to order a new one and they said that I would get an email to which I needed to send back to them to complete the process. I asked, "why would I need to do that, you have me on the phone now, lets just order the memory now.” The customer service guy hesitated for a few seconds, said nothing and then put me on hold…music plays for minute...then the line went dead. No return phone call or anything. Lousy customer service!!!"
