In most cases we will file a claim with the courier, and they will determine after investigation, if the claim gets paid. This is standard procedure, and our Lost/Damaged shipment forms have to be signed and returned for us to follow through with reshipping. Whether inadequate packaging or damage by the courier, we would reship another order in a timely fashion. As Customer Service Manager I apologize, it is my responsibility to follow up on these reshipments. Now that I am aware of your problem, I guarantee we will find a satisfactory solution.”

"I ordered RAM for my printer from MemoryTen. It arrived but the DIMM was damaged. A piece of it had broken off and it was clear this had happened because they had packaged it poorly. A small SODIMM was in a full size DIMM plastic container and it was bouncing all over the place.
The DIMM packaging in a fedex envelope and not even a box. They really skimped on packaging. When I told them this over the phone they refused to acknowledge it and seemed to want to blame the shipper.
I tried the damaged memory in my printer but of course it didn't work.
I called them and tried to get them to send me a replacement. I went through the trouble of filling out their form. They told me they would send another one but that never arrived.
I emailed them repeatedly but they simply stopped responding. This is unacceptable and I will never buy anything from them again! It's not so much about the 50 dollars i lost but all the time and headache this whole thing caused. I do not care to repeat this experience with them!
