reply posted Apr-06-2012 “It is MemoryTen procedure, whenever a call or email comes in regarding a damaged package to request information as to the courier. In most cases we will file a claim with the courier, and they will determine after investigation, if the claim gets paid. This is standard procedure, and our Lost/Damaged shipment forms have to be signed and returned for us to follow through with reshipping. Whether inadequate packaging or damage by the courier, we would reship another order in a timely fashion. As Customer Service Manager I apologize, it is my responsibility to follow up on these reshipments. Now that I am aware of your problem, I guarantee we will find a satisfactory solution.”
