"This is my third or fourth purchase with memorysupplier and each time I received my memory in no more than 2 or 3 days. The one time I had to RMA a memory chip, it was handled professionally and I had a new one within a week."

"I saw all the bad comments on this reseller. I don't know (and I didn't know). I bought from them twice. Both times they were the cheapest, they delivered exactly what I ordered, well packaged and faster than they said they would."

"I have ordered from Memory Suppliers many times for both personal and business needs and I have never been disappointed. The delivery was always earlier than expected and the rma process was painless. I probably spent more than 10k with them in the past 90 days and even after reading all the comments I will be back for more.

The reason I will be back is because my friend also ordered from them (a small order for obsolete pc66 sdram) and received it a couple of days later.

Also, just for the hell of it, I sent an email to them asking why there was so many negative comments about them on this site to which their support staff replied (my guess that it was a manager), "We do our best to help each customer and provide top quality support that caters to everyone's needs. We currently enjot a 98.55% satisfaction ratings from BizRate.com which surveys each customer that shops on our site. The 1.5% that are not 100% satisfied we we will work hard to make sure they are happy at the end. We understand that it can be sometimes frustrating dealing with a company that has no phone support, so the small percentage of customers that is not happy after receiving the order will go and vent their feelings on a site or a forum like resellersratings. We do our best to answer each email within 24 hours and sometimes even same day. There will be days when indoubtly we will not answer a customer's email for more than 24 hours, but that is just a way of cutting costs and providing low prices and "no profit" shipping charges. "I have been buying memory from them since June and to say the least I am very satisfied with their service. I know it is kind of a pain to deal with them only through email but they are very prompt on answering them usually the same or next business day.

Returns and credits have also been better than with most other companies I have dealt with (stay away from Edge Micro!).

I WILL continue to buy from them even after finding this forum."

"My dad was the first to purchase from these guys, so he recommended them to me when I needed an upgrade for my Dell. Naturally I check here and was immediately turned off and almost bought my memory at a higher price from another online store, but my dad insisted on giving them a try.

Luckily I was not disappointed! The service is great and the prices are better than average. I would buy from them again as they have taken care of my dad and I every time. Their in store help was courteous unlike most places around here and was willing to the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

Also, I spoke to the owner or manager (Stan) when I came into their office and he assured me that their BBB complaints have been taken care of and the company was being completely restructured during the last few months. Anyhow, I will be back for more when my next memory upgrade comes around. "

"On Dec 23rd I placed a order with Memory Suppliers thru Yahoo shopping. I purchased a Olympus xD Picture Card™/SmartMedia™ and a USB Reader/Writer-Olympus 128mb xD Picture Card and a Buslink 4 Port Mini USB Hub (1 USB into 4)
Being in a hurry, I did not see the forum here until after I placed the order. I emailed them on the day after christmas and with a quick reply, they assured me my order was shipped that morning(and the USPS was slow in sending out tracking numbers. Well, the following day I received my package, well wrapped and protected with all the correct merchandise I ordered. The following morning the post office emailed my tracking number.All said and done, I ordered christmas eve, and got my order 3 days later. I have no complaints, there email was quick and prompt, they even sent a email after the delivery with the tracking number, even though I had the package.So.....either they have improved their shipping practices, or I was one of the lucky ones!"

"There were no problems with the order or delivery. I ordered it on December 30 and it arrived January 2. Excellent service and they also sent a follow-up e-mail to make sure the product arrived in good shape and that I was satisfied with my purchase. Exactly how online shopping should be."

"Ordered two sticks of Samsung 128MB 800MHz Rambus memory and a 128MB Smartmedia card. Only took 4 days to go from Chicago to Arizona using thier cheapest shipping. Installed everything and they seem to work OK, so I am pleased."
