BEWARE!!!  
 
I was happy to find an outlet online for a specific compact flash card (couldn't be over 512mb for my particular device's needs). I ordered three cards, 2 standard 512mb cards, and 1 Ultra II 512mb card. The 2 standard cards showed up, but the Ultra II that I received was a 1g card which is completely unusable to me - and more importantly...NOT what I ordered. I attempted to contact the company to correct the issue, and each time was given the run around - and my emails weren't responded to either. I chalked it up to a loss on my end, and I won't be doing business with them again.  
 
After my order, I received an email from them saying that for posting a link to them from my website or myspace blog, that they'd give me a $15 return after 90 days of my order. I've not had any such refund/return, and now I just received an email to fill out this rating and I'll supposedly receive another $10 return.  
 
To me, the bottom line now, is that based on the company's mistake with my order, I'm out $27 for the Ultra II 512mb card that never showed up. BUT I still have the 1g card they sent - which again is useless to me. Based on their documentation in emails they sent to me, they promised now a total of $25 return/refund money ($10 for this survey and $15 for the link I posted more than 90 days ago). Based on how I was treated when contacting them about the incorrect order I received, I'm not expecting they'll do anything to 'right' the wrong at this point - and I'm sure the $25 return money is a farce as well, but we'll see.  
 
At THIS time, all I can offer is suggestions from my own experience with MemorySuppliers.com, and my suggestion is to order with caution, and take any correspondence with them with a grain of salt.  
 
Buyer Beware!  

I purchased 2 SAMSUNG 256 MB RAMBUS KITs (Part# sr25nc) not realizing that it was actually 4 128MB CARDS. I requested a return and wanted to purchase the 512MB Kit. I was emailed instructions to use USPS which unfortunately did not provide us with a tracking number.  
 
Memory Suppliers still says they haven't received the package and the Postal Office says it should have been there by 6/18/08. Somewhere it got lost along the way.  
 
*UPDATE*  
 
I was contacted by a representative of memory Suppliers saying they will send the correct part overnight. The gentleman was very sincere and sorry for the mix-up.

When you see an item for sale that has a specific brand name in the title and a corresponding part number that accurately matches said brand name item, wouldn't you expect that to be exactly what you receive? Instead, I get some cheaper third party version, so apparently that incorrect part number was meant to mislead. Of course, there wasn't even a picture shown on the page (like there is with all the other items for sale), so maybe that should've been my first clue.  
 
I also never received a tracking number and had to ask them for it.  
 
I e-mailed customer service about why I got the incorrect product, and all they would say is that they don't carry that brand and that I could return it for a refund, and that was that. Supposedly they're supposed to refund you up to $4.95 for when you ship the item back, but I have yet to see it. I got the refund for the original item almost two weeks ago.  
 
 
AFTER:  
 
Upon seeing this review, Memory Suppliers actually called me to see if there was a way to make good after this whole fiasco. They asked me if I'd be interested in getting that brand name item from them if they could get ahold of one. I said maybe, because I didn't way to pay the full price for it and only shopped at Memory Suppliers because I thought I was getting an awesome deal.  
 
Anyway, the CSR said he'd get back to me and the next day said brand name expensive item was on my doorstep. They had gotten it from another store and sent it to me with overnight shipping. Now I never said I'd buy it, but they said it was a free gift for all the trouble I went through.  
 
All they asked was that I change my review.  
 
On one hand, I was mislead into buying the wrong thing (and their web site still lists it under the incorrect name and part number) and was seriously disappointed and pissed off when I opened the box and didn't get what I was expecting. On the other hand, they totally went the extra mile to fix the mess and overcompensated me.  
 
So I guess that's a wash.

Update: Yan from MemorySuppliers called within hours of posting this review. He refunded what they owed, and offered a discount on a product (I didn't avail that). I'm upping their rating (I should perhaps thank resellerratings too)  
 
Very deceptive business practices.  
 
I ordered an Acer adapter from their site (note that they sell a counterfeit for a higher price than what Acer sells on its site - nevertheless they got me to purchase it because they promised same day shipping)  
 
I ordered on June 24th and didn't hear a thing from them for a couple of days. Their online chat guy (Kevin) told me that the order would arrive in five days (even though when I had initially completed the order, it showed 1-3 business days).  
 
I called them up on June 30th - they said, they don't have the product. My laptop was broken and i paid them so much only because they promised fast delivery. I cancelled the order, and they haven't refunded my money yet.  
 
Did I tell you they promised me 10% off when I was ordering, and after the completion of the order, they didn't keep their word!  
 
Keep away from this company.

I recently got an 8 gig class 6 (high speed) SD memory card from MemorySuppliers.com and can't believe what a great deal I got. First they had a summer special at half price then, as a surprise, they offered a discount. It shipped the next day, shipping was free and it works great in my Nikon camera. 8 gigs, high speed for under $50.  
 
This is my second purchase from them and I'm sure it won't be the last. I also got some 32 Meg Compact flash from them for a special application. Not many people sell cards this small and the few I found wanted 3 times what I paid. I'm one happy camper.

Excellent customer service, my order was shipped as promised the next day! This kind of service is rare from merchants today.

My fourth order with them.First order I ordered the wrong product. They were very easy to work with. They gave me an instant refund and all subsequent orders have been delivered promptly. They're friendly on the phone as well. And I like no shipping costs.  

Memory Suppliers had a very easy website to navigate and get the product I needed. The price was great and the ordering process easy. My products arrived in a timely and safe manner, and they work well. I would definitely use them again.

I searhed extensively in my city for an XD memory card for my Olympus camera with no success.An e/mailto Olympus provided web address to your store where my order was processed quickly solving my problem. Your service was excellent.I certainly recommend your service.

Just wanted to post an update (to my initial review below). After a few phone calls, I was able to get my full refund from MemorySuppliers. They appologized for the error. They did seem concerned with making sure I was happy. Although I did feel there was a little run-around, in the end my refund was completed to my satisfaction.  
 
Stay away!!! I ordered memory cards and microdrives for my camera. I was expecting new products because their web site doesn't make it clear at all that they sell used stuff. To top that off, they sent me the wrong microdrives. It took two emails to get a response for a return authorization. Then, they charged me a 25% restocking fee...for just 2 microdrives and two memory cards. That's ridiculous!!! Then it took two calls to find out why they didn't refund my full purchase price. Take my advice and avoid this place entirely. Also, their prices aren't any better than you can find from other places for new stuff. I found the microdrives I wanted for $30 less each elsewhere...and they were brand new. It just goes to show that you should spend the time to search around and even if most of the reviews for a place are good, any bad reviews should be an immediate red flag. Take my advice and stay away from this place.

There was absolutely no confusion about compatibility, because this site enables automatic or manual configuration of the exact module based on your your computer. I was equally impressed with the shipping...pretty fast. I recommend this site !

The price was low and the delivery was fast on an item that was hard to find elsewhere.

Easy to use website, fast shipping (3 days), and best price I could find on the 'net, too. I definitely will use MemorySuppliers again.
