"EXCELLENT!

Bought 2 pcs of 512MB DDR2700 on Wednesday and were supposed to ship out on that day via FedEx 2nd Day Air. Didn't happen. I called the next day and they upgraded my shipping to FedEx Next Day Air so I can have it before the weekend. Which I did.

1 of those 2pcs was defective. So I called them up on Monday got a RMA with NO hassles or questions and not only were they able to ship me one same day, but they used FedEx next Day Air free of charge!!!

Infact, I just recieved it a couple of minutes ago at around 10 in the morning!

On top of all that, they upgraded my memory module from Generic to Samsung Free of charge!!!

I will definitly advise people to buy from this company and will do so myself in the future!

A special thanks to Ray!"

"I purchased a Shuttle DDR333 motherboard for a great price from them. I was a lil skeptical from buying from them because their site did not provide much description of the item. As a matter of fact, description of items are almost non existant for the most part. Site definitely needs work. It looks like the business is a small shop compared to the likes of Newegg or Googlegear. I made a phone call to verify the product i was ordering was what i wanted. I got the item fairly quick via fedex in about 2 or 3 days. It was a brand new motherboard and was in good condition and all the parts were there. So far it posted fine but haven't had time to burn it in. I haven't had to deal with RMA so i can't say anything about the return experience. Overall, simple and good experience with no hassle. Would only consider buying from them if they had the lowest price and I knew exactly what i was getting and not some OEM part since their site is lacking description and i just feel a lil uncomfortable about that. If i found the same price at Newegg, i would go with Newegg."

"Ordered an ASUS A7N8X motherboard on 2-7-03. Price on the webpage didn't match pricewatch.com, but I included a comment to that effect in the comments section and they adjusted it accordingly. The product shipped quickly and arrived as advertised. Good sale."

"Decent. I ordered a CD Burner from this place because it was extremely cheap, ended up adding an ATI Radeon8500 64/DDR video card to the order since the price was also very low.

I got an email with a FedEx tracking number and nothing else, besides the recepit page on their site at the end of the checkout.

Both items seem OEM, boxless, and came bubblewrapped in static-safe stuff. That is cool with me if that is how I save money.

The drive seems great in appearance and performance, a 16x NEC CD-burner. The OEM video card was slower than the GeForce2 on my old CPU, although much faster than the GF2 (in quake3 anwyay) on my new cpu but before I knew this, I made an RMA request suggesting I exchange it for a different card, but no response. Probably because nothing's really wrong with it.

Lack of detailed confimation aside, I must admit I got 2 good well-working peices of hardware, promptly, and at a Very low price."

"Well, I got the memory I ordered, a stick of 512M DDR 2700. It works, I don't know if it is 2700, though after reading some of the other reviews. They didn't take long to ship."

"ordered item on 11/29/02. Memorymedia invoiced the item 12/2/02. Turns out item was out of stock even though webiste showed in-stock. No notice given that item was out of stock. Charged my account on 12/3/02 even though item had not shipped which is contrary to their own policy as stated at their website. Called several times during which I was told the item had actually shipped. Won't be ordering anything from these guys!"
