"I happened upon Melrose Jewelers by complete accident by clicking a link that a friend sent to me. Intrigued, I surfed around the site a bit. I was so pleased to find that their website was so easy to navigate. Their selection is also second to none. I was impressed with the sheer amount of Rolex watches that they had to offer, as well as other jewelry. I have always had a soft spot for a Rolex, a trait that I suppose I picked up from my father. After seeing so many, I couldn't help but order one for myself. I also picked one up for my brother. Their prices are just amazing! I will definitely be shopping there again!"

"Me and my brother recently purchased our mother a Ladies diamond bezel Rolex for her birthday from Melrose Jewelers. We found that they by far had the best price on the one we wanted. But we were a little hesitant to make such a large purchase online as opposed to in person. But after speaking with them on the phone we felt much more comfortable. We gave it to her last week and she was shocked. She wanted a Rolex for the longest time and she absolutely loved it. We couldnt have been more pleased with the purchase. We'd absolutely recommend Melrose Jewelers to anyone in the market for a high end watch."

"I recently purchased from Melrose Jewelers via their website and it was a great experience. Their prices are affordable and accurate. Their site is well put together and easy to navigate. And their overall customer service was superb and on-time. I purchased an Oyster Black Bezel Rolex for my father for this upcoming xmas. I got free overnight shipping along with my order, which was my favorite part and a load off my shoulders. I recommend this site to anyone looking to purchase a watch/jewelry for this holiday season."

"This jeweler is the BEST that I have found. I initially went to them because of their great prices but found the customer service to be top notch. I recently purchase a rolex from them and was EXTREMELY happy with the watch and the service. One thing that I noticed is that they really seem to want happy customers. I was in contact with the same salesperson for the entire transaction. I felt that I was a valued customer of theirs. Im thinking that when I get another rolex, Im getting it from them! They are the best!"

"Krishan's a great guy, and I wish there were more bulk wholesale or retail distributors like him. He knows how to respond to inquiries promptly and if it isn't obvious by now, doesn't burn bridges. His primary expertise is Rolex sales at Melrose Jewelers, but they dabble in fine jewelry as well. Great experience overall, and I'm looking forward to more. Other positive attributes include a pretty easy to navigate web site in conjunction with the retail location. I don't really see any glaring negatives. Thanks for the positive transactions!"

"If you are looking to buy a high-end watch or jewelry, Melrose Jewelers is where you need to be looking. I bought myself a Rolex from them in September because I finally got my promotion to Marketing Director. Everyone at work was blown away by my "new" Rolex and how I could possibly afford it, even with the promotion. The pricing at Melrose Jewelers is definately unbeatable, and beyond that, they offer 3% back for your purchases in store credit. Beyond all that, they send everything overnight...FOR FREE. I can honestly say that I can't think of even one company right now that will give you free overnight shipping. The employee I spoke to at the store was really friendly and seriously knew his stuff when it came to the watches. I couldn't be a happier customer. Thanks to these guys I have an awesome "new" Rolex (which came with a free authentication and appraisal), 3% back on the cost of said Rolex, and the jealousy of all my co-workers who think I spent nearly twice what I did. After all that, I have since purchased some jewelry as a christmas gift for my mother and my sister from them, and out of the 3 transactions, everything is PERFECT! Highly recommended...for gifts, for yourself, and for co-worker jealousy."

"This was the easiest online shopping experience I have had in awhile. I was so glad to find a online business where I could have all my questions answered without feeling embarrassed. Customer Service is available 7 days a week so I got to speak with a representative within minutes. She was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me to find the best Rolex for me, a first-time Rolex buyer. When the watch arrived, I was a little anxious, but as soon as I opened the box, I knew the representative had helped me find the perfect watch! I am extremely pleased with the service Melrose Jewelers provided to me. (Plus, the price and selection were great!) I plan on continuing being a customer of theirs for many years to come."

"Melrose Jewelers is the one and ONLY place I shop for all my jewelry needs, especially when I recently bought a Rolex for my husband and me. I could not have been more satisfied with the quality, price and shipment process! Every time I order from Melrose Jewelers I receive my shipment within a week and it is packaged with such care that no damage could be done to the beautiful products inside. The customer service is excellent, which is so important to consumers. If you do have a chance to make it into the store instead of ordering online, they are open 7 days a week and 12 hours a day!! I don't know of any other jewelers that have such great hours of operation. I would recommend Melrose Jewelers to anyone and everyone. I would be confident in saying, you will never be disappointed with your purchase from Melrose Jewelers!!"

"I recently shopped around for a Rolex Submariner and stumbled upon Melrose Jewelers. They had great prices and fast service. also Melrose Jewelers is one of the only stores I've seen thats open all week, twelve hours a day. They offer pre-owned Rolexs but they are in perfect condition. After shopping with them I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else for jewelry. Delivery was fast, express shipped in two days. It was a great experience."

"My wife surprised me with a new rolex about a month ago. I collect Rolex watches, but I only buy one every year or so. The watch was absolutely beautiful but I was worried she spent way too much on it. She told me about how she did all this research online trying to find the cheapest site to buy from. She told me she chose Melrose Jewelers and said that it was unbelievable how much she saved buying through them. I checked it out that night and she was correct. I will never buy from anyone else again. Melrose Jewelers has the best value and the largest selection."
