"I ordered a Canon OEM battery on 12/2/2012. Was told it was on back order and would be 3 to 5 weeks but they could supply a replacement battery for the same price. I checked in about once a month and always got the same answer, back ordered 3 to 5 weeks. All this time their web site showed the item "In Stock". Finally I accepted a replacement battery only to discover that I could have purchased for less than half the price at many other places on the internet. I question their ethics and the legality of their operation. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. If I could have rated them at less than i star I would have. "

"My story is much like everyone else's. I ordered a Nikon SB-600 flash unit from MelloDigital which showed as in-stock on their web-site, got the call several hours later telling me that it was back-ordered (despite it being a discontinued item), and the hard sell to get me to buy a Vivitar substitution. Despite my having specifically asked if I could return the flash if I wasn't happy with it and having been insured that I could, they do not accept returns on flashes (or virtually anything else for that matter), which is especially egregious considering the box the flash unit is in was previously opened. I can afford to take the $194.00 hit; this will cost them a lot more than it did me.This is clearly bait and switch and bait and switch is fraud and is a crime. That they are doing it over state lines makes it a federal offense. I would encourage everyone who has bad dealings with this company to file a formal complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center, or IC3, a partnership of the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center at http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspxI'm sure they think they will simply get shut down and resurface under another name; they are mistaken. They can be sent to prison as well as lose all of their assets as proceeds resulting from a criminal enterprise."

It's a total scam. -It is against the law to process payment for a service, then request a refund and be told that it'll take 7-14 days to get that refund. "I ordered Canon LP-E6; but they decided to send non-canon unit. This shipment of battery LP-E6 arrived and would not take charge. Therefore I returned it for full refund, including their shipping charge $42.98.They also agreed to reimburse for my returning cost; but they never did."
"I ordered two Canon batteies 2-21-2013 ...Canon NB-10L Lithium-Ion Battery Pack for PowerShot SX40 HS $24.89 each on the order form.The web site showed a picture of genuine Cannon batteries. I finally received them today 3-5-2013. They are not Cannon batteries, they are made by a company named Bower. I also paid 7.99 for 3 to 5 day shipping. It took ten days after the order was placed to receive them. I sent the company an email voicing my displeasure. I got a return email and called Lisa at the company. She told me that they had tried to contact me to tell me they were out of the brand name batteries I had ordered so they gave me a "better brand." I never recieved a call. I explained that I do not like non brand batteries as they don't work as well. She said to try them and see if they work. She said they would give me a refund if I di not like them. I told her I already did not like them, but she would not give a refund at this time. I would not reccomend buying from them. I will never do business again."
"Avoid at all cost!!!Ordered a T4i kit, waited and waited, no one call or email me. every time I check the order status it says "ready to ship"finally after waiting for about 8 days i called them up. the rep told me it was because of the storm in the east coast so they have to hold off the shipment and told me that the item i ordered is in stock and has already packed and ready to be ship. BTW they did charged my credit card one day after i placed the order.being reasonable i waited again, and another 5 days goes by .... i called them up and guess what the rep told me this time "the item is out of stock". I was like last time you guys told me it is packed and ready to ship. So I asked them to cancel my order, and they did sent me an email right the way says that my order is refund. 6 days passed, i checked my credit card. No refund at all, I call them up and they told me refund will take 7-21 days. I am thinking I need to call my Credit Card company to dispute the charge, and cancel the account, JUST IN CASE. You will never know what a company (like this) will do with your info."
"I had placed an order for an extra battery for my camera. I got a phone call a couple days later that there was an issue with my order and to call them which i did. They said that they did not have the battery that i ordered in stock but had a better one and with a better warrenty for just a few dollars more. I don't remember the persons name i talked to but they were very helpful and easy to talk to. I would and will be ordering other items from MelloDigital. "
"Worst customer service I have ever received. I placed an order and got my order email saying I would receive another after review. Then nothing. I paid for 2 day shipping and waited still nothin 7 days latter. I then called and was told my order was boxed and ready to go and the delay was the snow storm , ok I understand that. At 12 days I called back and was told it is back ordered and have to wait another two weeks. What how does my order go from boxed to back ordered? So frustrating still no communication except from me. I did get my charge for shipping refunded but all the people I spoke to were rude and just wanted to get me off the phone. First and last time doing business with this company! So today is the 14 of march over a month when I placed my order I finally had to cancel my order and now have to wait 7-14 business days to get my money back. Any one else feel like they hold your money to make money someway? Anyways be careful doing business with these guy! Crooks!"

"My Girlfriend has placed an order for Nikon SF900 flash, once in October than in December. It was supposed to be my birthday present. In October they called back next day and tried to sell her off brand flash, the Nikon was on back order. In December the flash was show on web page that it is in stock, so she place order again. Same story, someone has called her and rudely said that the flash is on back order and they can give her off brand or one that reads in Chinese!!! Now we have noticed that her credit card was charged for both orders beginning of February, 15 days from when this review was written. Did not receive the flashes yet and when called they were really rude to me. They said they will return the money but it will take 8 to 10 business days and the guy hang-up on me after that, did not get a chance to get any information from him."

" My husband (unfortunately) doesn't check into reviews of a company before using them. He ordered a Canon Rebel T3i for me for Valentine's day as a surprise. He PAID EXTRA a good bit for it to be overnighted. He ordered it on Feb 6. GUESS WHAT! We are still waiting. First they say that it was due to the blizzard.. ok well if it had been overnight like it was supposed to, it would have been sent before the blizzard struck. They said it would ship shortly, bla bla bla.. Ok, well then he calls them because it's still just "ready to be shipped" days later in order status. NOW they say that ours was damaged, and ASKED HIM IF HE WANTED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, BECAUSE IF SO, THEY COULD SEND IT LIKE IT IS! That is the most rude, unprofessional thing I've ever heard. He agreed to wait, since they said it should be here by Monday. Well, it's Saturday, so it would have had to have shipped yesterday or today in order to possibly be here Monday. So they've lied. I'm starting to think they are rip-offs. And if they pull some crap, don't worry I'll file all the complaints with all the right agencies. I just want my camera. We paid almost what it goes for on Amazon, with the extra shipping. If it's not here by Tuesday, I'm cancelling and ordering it from Amazon. And that money better come back on my card in a reasonable amount of time. If they want to correct this issue, then I will revise this review. If not, then I'll put this same review on every website I can. You can't mess with people's money like this. The odds aren't looking to good, considering we've already been given 2 different stories.Edit: Went ahead and cancelled the order today, just figured I wasn't going to get the product. Got an email confirmation, so as long as they credit my bank account in a reasonable amount of time, I'll be back to edit again. "
