In lot of times the problem is caused by incorrect settings and can be easily troubleshooted with our agent. If the problem is caused by actual malfunctioning of the gadget we will repair or replace it for you for no charge since every controller comes with standard warranty. First Class International Mail does take 3 - 4 weeks to get delivered and we state that on the website. Other International shipping methods are way faster.
We don't offer rainbow LEDs, you are welcome to chose from available colors for LEDs. If we didn't install any features to your controller that you have actually added on to it, please contact our Customer Care at 888 909 5908 or sales@megamodzplanet.com and our agents will take care of it.”
reply posted May-13-2013 “Fast Reload is a tricky mode that requires some of your time and attention in order to be set up the right way. But, once set up, you will be VERY happy with its performance. The fast reload works great with all of the Call of Duty series games. The active reload works great for the Gears of war series games. The thing with the fast reload is you have to be in the correct mode for the gun that you are using. Please take a look at our instructions for the fast reload and the chart with custom unit delays we have put up/ Don't hesitate to call our Support line 888 909 5908 for help with setting your unit delays.”

Sorry for a delayed response.Battery life will depend on many factors such as the umber of mods activated, illuminating options added and such. We recommend to use regular Energizer batteries as they have the longest battery life and , if used non-stop heavily, will last for about 10 hours which as actually good for a modded controller”
