"Of all the online merchants I've dealt with since 1997, these folks have the best customer service I've ever encountered. They almost made me feel like family as I communicated several times with them while Garmin rolled out a new product. They were gracious both in e-mails and chat, and it didn't matter if it was a $20 item or one at $279. They changed my order twice with a simple chat request by me. I got two shipping date updates that were far more informative than other e-tailers have ever sent. On top of that, the already lowest price was reduced automatically when Garmin updated prices. I've had to cancel preorders with other merchants because orders could not be revised to reflect lower posted prices. Great guys at MegaGPS. I'll be back!"

"I missunderstood the wording on the traffic receiver. The GPS I ordered has lifetime map and lifetime traffic. I thought it stated receiver required afterwords. I received an email from staff member stating that it was not required on this model, saving me 100 dollars. The unit was to have shipped at the beginning of November, but hasn't shipped as of today 11/16. Please check status for me. Thank You"
"I purchased the map upgrade for my Garmin Nuvi from MegaGPS and not only were they the best price that I found but delivery was very prompt. I received my upgrade disk in the mail in a couple of days and all went very well in the upgrade process of my maps. I highly recommend MegaGPS and will look for them again for my next GPS purchase."
