The 72-hour limit to report it was expired, but it still qualified for the one-year manufacturer warranty. However Maxi-Aids said it would be too hard to contact the manufacturer and wanted me to pay for repairs and shipping. They could not provide any cost estimate, nor did they offer to take it back to see if it was even worth fixing before demanding more money from me (purchase price was $17.65 including shipping). Not wanting to throw good money after bad, I told them I was sorry but I could not recommend their company or their merchandise."

"A nightmare of incompetence. Not only have they shipped the wrong package for my mothers Christmas gift they are unable to correct the issue 3 weeks later. They have sent my watch purchase all
over the country and still can not properly send a mailer label to return the rummy tile game they sent her by accident. Not even an apology for their poor customer service. Can't judge the product...it still has not arrived!"
