"Ordered a custom Intel/Z77 system and monitor. I was able to get everything I wanted in the computer within my budget.
The website offers almost no photos, no benchmark or FPS information, and no compatibility checks when you configure so I would configure a few machines on Cyberpower or iBuypower until you decide what you want and then order from MaxForce.
When you order it takes a while and there is no notification of when the system begins production or is shipped unless you ask.
The build quality is excellent, and for no additional charge. Seriously this is the kind of build quality I would have expected from Digital Storm or one of the other higher-priced high-end shops. A faulty component was detected and replaced before shipping (which made it arrive later) but when I received it everything was set up and worked like it was supposed to. I've had it a couple of weeks and it's a solid machine. Glad to not have to mess with RMA returns or warranty work right away.
Be aware that this company orders monitors and has them shipped to you directly from their vendor. There is no note about this when you order. This means that the monitor could be later than the computer. If you don't get it within a couple of days I would check with MaxForce to make sure they ordered it.
The bottom line is here you get a quality build for a good price, and while their website system could use an upgrade, if you contact them they make every effort to see that you are a satisfied customer."
"This is one old gamers review of MaxForce pc. My pc was built to order and is running rock solid thus far. When I first went to Max's website I was like a kid in a candy store. Lots of variety as far as options and components video cards, cases, ect.I play mostly fps and I love my new computer everything runs so smooth I think I've died and gone to heaven. Max and crew answer any questions and are easy to contact usually got back to me within 24 hours that's good for me. At the end of the day I would highly recommend MaxForce to any gamer looking for a great quality built rig at a reasonable price. Thanks for a great gaming rig And happy Holidays to all at Maxforce Darryl Hart "
"I am very happy with the PC that I bought from MaxForcePC. The seller was very quick to acknowledge my order and was very accommodating. I've Been using the PC for almost 2 months now and it runs great. Very well assembled. I'll definitely be a return customer."
"I have had my PC for roughly 2 years and it has been rock solid - ZERO issues whatsoever. The build quality was phenomenal and I would recommend MaxForcePC to anyone. Their prices seem to have gone up a bit recently compared to what it costs to building your own, but they're still cheaper than most of the other PC builders on the market.
Again, zero issues whatsoever. I should also note that they offer the best warranty on the market. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you aren't planning on building one yourself. Max is also extremely fast answering any emails or questions - so you'll be getting phenomenal support."
"The PC I bought from MaxForce PC was, to put it simply, amazing. Everything has functioned beyond my expectations; it was well assembled.
At first, I was somewhat wary of ordering any computer from the internet; stories abounded of people being ripped off. However, my fears were allayed, and the computer I ordered came exactly as I had ordered it.
Shipping, itself, was another good point; it was prompt, and the computer and all peripherals I ordered came in one box, completely undamaged.
A previous order I had made had to be cancelled due to a general fault in the type of motherboard I had ordered; Max was prompt and upfront about informing me of the issue and refunding the price.
Essentially, when I next need to buy a computer, MaxForce PC is where I'm going to buy it from. "
"I wish I could give a rating of 11/10 for MaxForce PC!
Max built a system according to the specifications I desired. We ran into some difficulty with shipping damage. When I spoke to Max on the telephone concerning this issue, he had the replacement parts sent to my home and they arrived overnight! This is what makes MaxForce PC stand above many other botique sellers of custom built systems. I have never experienced this level of customer support previously.
In regards to the system...the cable management is exceptional, the items I ordered were not refurbished and they were exactly the itmes I asked to for when I made the purchase. There were no substitutions or omissions.
This is an exceptionally well built system, backed by the best customer support I have experienced and I am a very happy owner. Max supports his builds and provides all customers with an exceptional warranty and very friendly and informative support. I will remain a loyal customer because I trust MaxForcePC. They are the best:)
If you want a system configured to your liking, for an exceptional price and with the best customer support; then I highly reccommend MaxForce PC
Thank you for taking the time to read my comments,
"Here is why I chose MaxForce PC after a lot of searching, and why I’m very happy with the choice.
I wanted a new PC that will support game playing, and also support CUDA programming with SLI. I wanted an 8-thread CPU running over 3 ghz, with 16GB RAM, that runs very quiet and cool, without water cooling.
My first thought was to buy the PC from one of the major PC manufacturers, but I could not find what I wanted in my price range.
So I looked at the smaller, custom PC builders. Of the companies that have many reviews, there is at least one that has uniformly good reviews but also has high prices. The rest have low prices, but have positive reviews less than 95% or so – and the negative reviews give serious concerns about quality of products and service. Five percent negative means one chance in twenty of having a serious problem – a relatively high chance to be avoided if possible.
Then there is MaxForce PC: A small company that has very few reviews, all of which are positive, which has been in business for a few years. The positive reviews say the company provides uniformly good quality products and service.
The MaxForce website shows dialogs with customers, interacting to give “freedom of choice”, with a goal to build virtually any kind of computer a customer might want, from simple, inexpensive machines to overclocked, water-cooled ones.
So, I posted my initial thoughts about a PC configuration at the MaxForce website, and corresponded with Max. He was very helpful in suggesting refinements, including suggestions that reduced cost and improved quality of the system.
Based on this correspondence, I decided to purchase a MaxForce PC. I picked up the PC three weeks and three days after I ordered it, and it's running fine. My configuration is:
Case - Antec Mini P180 Power Supply - Thermaltake TR2 RX 750W Processor - Intel Quad Core i7 2600 3.4GHz CPU Cooling - Xigmatek Dark Knight Motherboard - Asus P8P67-M Pro DDR3 Memory - Super Talent DDR3-1333 16GB(4X4G) CL9 Graphics Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 460 Hard Drive - Western Digital Black WD6402AAEX 640GB SATA3 7200rpm 64MB Optical Drive - Samsung SH-S223C 22X SATA DVD+/-RW Operating System - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
It is a work of art – very professionally built. The machine is very quiet, and runs very cool: Asus monitor software shows the CPU idling at less than 20C, and typically not exceeding 25C under loads.
To summarize, I’m glad I chose MaxForce PC, and will look to them for future custom computers.
P.S. Based on correspondence, Max would recommend a different configuration (with a lighterweight, no-maintenance water-cooling block) to avoid problems in shipping. The (fairly heavyweight) Dark Knight Xigmatek was not a problem for me, since I picked up the PC at the MaxForce PC office, i.e. there was no shipper."

I found MaxForce PC by word of mouth recommendations from others that sought a custom high end rig. I am here to add my voice to the growing legion of fans.
If you're like me, off-the-shelf computers are weak, and custom is the only way to go. But I don't have the time to build one myself, and I'm out of the loop on the newest technology so there's the issue of compatibility. That's where Max comes in. I knew most of the components that I wanted in my box, but had questions about a few things. What's compatible, power supply, cooling? Max helped fill in the answers to give me the perfect machine for my needs. It does take about a month to arrive, but it's worth the wait, so plan for that when ordering.
I purchased nearly 2 years ago, and like computers do, I've had an occasional problem. The hard drive died on me 2 months ago. I called Max and a new one was on its way immediately. The 3 year warranty is just unbeatable. Good luck finding better support or a better warranty anywhere.
The prices are great (just look on NewEgg), and the cost for labor is extremely fair. I will definitely be ordering my future rigs from him."
"If you're looking to buy a custom-rigged computer, I highly recommend MaxForce. I stumbled across the site while looking at reviews of AVA, and after being scared away, decided to go with Max instead. I'm incredibly glad that I did. Being fairly computer illiterate, he put together a computer for me that was better than my friends did, and it runs beautifully, no problem.
The only exceedingly minor downside is that it does take a while for the computer to ship, but if you're not in a hurry, Max is the guy to go to. He's very helpful and replies promptly on his forum, and will answer all of your questions and keep you up to date with everything that's going on. Excellent customer service, price, and products!"

When you are looking for a custom PC builder who is on the cutting edge of the ever rapidly changing technology of computers along with customer service that responds almost instantly to your questions with not only answers, but solutions and other options to your questions, then don't even waste your time going anywhere else than MaxForce PC.
I am a computer enthusiast who a few years ago wanted to build a home gaming PC, but simply did not have the time to assemble, troubleshoot, and test a solid PC build. However, I was knowledgeable enough to know what components I wanted.. but not ALL the parts I needed. MaxForce was able to take my design and fill in the blanks and on top of that, offer alternatives to make this more affordable! I never even heard of MaxForce PC until I was reading reviews of custom PC builders and decided after months of extensive research to take a leap of faith with Max. I have never been happier.
Since my original home PC gaming rig build with MaxForce PC, I have given MaxForce PC (4) custom AutoCAD workstations to build that we currently use to power the latest in AutoDesk softwares (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit) in our drafting department at the company I work for.
Every PC I have ever purchased through MaxForce has worked flawlessly out of the box due to the fact that they take a very obvious care in the layout of wiring inside each PC case and their extensive testing of hardware to ensure you're getting a quality system. MaxForce tells you upfront they will not compromise quality for anything. Surprisingly, they have managed to beat the delivery date I was expecting to receive the PCs everytime (5 times total they've delivered early).
And as far as pricing is concerned, well you can verify all the parts quoted to you from newegg or other hardware places and see the labor they charge for their work. They charge a VERY fair price for the PC you want built. Without a doubt, Maxforce PC will continue to have my business both personally and for my company.
For future note, I have another workstation and a server that I will be tasking Max to build in the very near future and you can follow all of my conversations with Max on their forums where he answers any and all questions you may have about building a PC. I encourage everyone to go there and utilize this business. It truly is a diamond in the rough."

As others have stated, what I liked about Max is that you can pick whatever parts you want. He will let you know if something doesn't play well. The price for all the components is also very competitive. And his warranty was better than others. 3 years minimum. If a part had a longer warranty then he would go with that. This was all included in the price.
The only thing that will come pre-installed with the PC is avast anti-virus and firefox. You won't find any bloatware here. And the PC will come with a binder that has all the warranty info and product information etc., It did take Max approximately 3-4 weeks from the time I was billed to the time it shipped. This is fine by me because he meticulously tested everything to make sure it works. I would rather someone take the time to find all/most of the kinks prior to the customer receiving it. That way you're not at the mercies of UPS/FedEx in case you have to ship it back & forth to say the least.
The inside of the PC looked like it was assembled by a pro. I loved how neatly the cables were tucked away. Prior to this I had actually built my own pc with help from a friend and man it was an absolute mess. It was nice to see a 'clean' pc on the inside.
It has been about 9 months since I got the PC and I did run into an issue of some games crashing/freezing. At first I tried to diagnose the problem myself via google/forums but I could never completely solve it. I spoke to max and he suggested lowering the overclock to 3.6. Lo & Behold everything is stable now. He did suggest I update my motherboard drivers and can work with him to get it back to 3.8. But I made a personal decision that I'm happy with the PC's performance at 3.6. I don't want to further mess with it only to eek out a little bit more performance (which would mostly be for e-peen purposes anyway). I have been playing the following games at max settings. I even tweaked the INI files to eek out even more eye candy for no FPS loss: (borderlands, crysis, fallout 3, dragon age)
"I chose MaxForce PC because you have the option of picking every component that you want to use. If you don't want to go that route, Max will put together a system for you based on your computing needs. This can be done through the forums on the web site, or through e-mail. Max was always quick to respond. At least for now that's how ordering is done. There is no configurator available as you typically see on other sites. Then again, since your options aren't really limited, this probably makes sense.
The PC was packed cleanly in the original case box, and this was packaged securely inside a larger box along with a secondary box containing the extras such as manuals, spare cables, adapters, etc. Max puts together a nice binder which includes a list of the components used along with their serial numbers and warranty info. The installation CDs are also included in this binder. In addition you get a USB flash drive that contains drivers used beyond the CDs along with the few freeware programs pre-installed such as Avast and Firefox.
The PC was assembled very well. A lot of attention and detail went into the cable routing. You will not be disappointed when you see the inside of your case for the first time. The PC booted up fine on the first try, and to date I have not had a problem with it. That being said, I can't really comment much on support since I haven't needed any. The only support related issue I had involved a case fan. I had Max replace a fan that came with the case. I asked for the original to still be sent to me when the PC shipped. The fan was missing in the original shipment. I mentioned this to Max, and he sent the original out to me right away.
You will have to wait a little while to get your PC, but this is to be expected given the custom nature of the build. Parts have to be ordered before assembly and testing begins, and this, for the record, also requires payment up front (not when shipped). The price is fantastic considering this style of PC purchasing. I would recommend MaxForce PC to anyone. "
"After an exhaustive search for a good PC builder,I finally chose Maxforce PC.I wanted a quality high end gaming system custom built to my specs with very specific choices of the make and model of the components, and overclocked to a specified speed at a reasonable cost.Maxforce excelled in all these areas, delivering a beautifully built system that has performed flawlessly at a cost that beat every other builder I considered while putting no restrictions on the components I could choose, and has a better warranty than the others.Max answered all my questions and provided all the support and information I needed to configure my system. If you're looking for a true custom built quality PC,Maxforce is the place to go. I found out about MaxForcePC while researching info about other boutique/custom computer builders, and the large number of recommendations and generally favorable experiences (did not find any negative ones) convinced me to check it out. I joined the forum on the website and requested a quote. The very good price, combined with a personalized attention and the ability to request almost any parts depending on your needs and wallet was superior to all the other places I had considered.
The configuration pages did not work too well when I ordered (may be changed by now..), but I felt the more personal discussion approach was a better option that gives the customer a system custom made for their needs, which I imagine is the reason why people chose boutique builders over Dell, HP etc. in the first place. I enjoy researching what parts I want but if you prefer not to Max will suggest a system based on your needs. I spied around the forum for a while before buying and to me his suggestions were very good and honest (i.e. not pushing heavily for upgrades to make money).
It took about 5 weeks from I ordered till I received the system, but there was an issue with a damaged case which had to be reordered that delayed the build. I was prepared for the wait however and not really bothered by it. The computer arrived excellently packed in the case box inside another box surrounded by padding on all sides. I found noting loose or damaged and the handiwork in the case was very good and cables were neatly tucked away where possible. The boot up was without issues and no bloat/crapware was installed. MaxForcePC performed an overclock from 2.66 GHz to 3.4 GHz as promised and this has been perfectly stable for the 2+ months that I have used the system. I had a few crashes to desktop in Crysis at first, but found this was a know issue with the game, which I was able to fix. After that I’ve had zero crashes and hang ups, windows or otherwise. In both games and editing in Photoshop CS4 the PC has worked flawlessly, as would be expected:)
Since I have not had any issues with my computer I cannot comment on the warranty service. However, Max quickly answered some questions I had on the forum after I received the PC. And seeing the response to those who have issues, I am confident this would be handled in the same professional manner as the ordering process. All orders come with a 3 year warranty from MaxforcePC.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase from maxforcepc.com, and will recommend the store to anyone looking for a high quality computer system tailor-made to your needs.
Hope this review of maxforcePC has been helpful! "
"It took me a month to finally decide on the configuration that best suited my needs. I asked 1001 questions and Max answered everyone with a smile. Great customer service thus far. Took their time with the build and testing and the quality shows!! Came packed to the hilt a box within a box all with extra packing. Came with a nice folder with all your Cd's and other info. Also came with a 2 gig thumb drive nice touch.. Set up was a breeze the hardest part was pushing that power button and holding my breath hoping it booted UP.. It is soo silent I could hardly tell it is on but it is running flawlessly. No problems at all thus far Love it and will reccomend Maxforce PC to all my friends and family.. If you are looking for a shop that can custom build your computer so you can pick and choose whatever components you like the best Maxforce PC is it!!"
