"I have ordered from Master Grip in the past and liked the products and the service. But they have gone way down hill. In May we ordered a golf bag; it took two months for delivery!! Unacceptable. On August 8 I ordered a club from their catalog. You cannot order online as their web site is deficient, which even they admit. So I faxed the order; I had to call on August 13; turns out they received the fax on 8/8 but had not yet entered it into their system! Oh, by the way--they tell me--they do not have it in stock. No idea when they might decide to ship. I am off to Golf Galaxy to buy. I am now an ex-customer. Their service is non-existant and their "customer service" people do not care at all. The guy I talked to said he was only paid $8.40 an hour so he is not going to work hard. That is a quote. DO NOT BUY FROM MASTER GRIP"
"I had never heard of MasterGrip, but found them after seeing a guy on ebay selling a MasterGrip golf bag. The deal on the company's Web site was better than the ebay deal, so I ordered the bag at $59.95 and only $6 shipping, which is apparently all you pay for shipping no matter how much you order. Also got a couple of golf gloves -- 2 for $8.95. My order was shipped the next day and, when it arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and appearance of the bag -- it is nicely designed and constructed very well, comparing to bags that cost $100 or more. The gloves are nice too.
UPDATE: My first purchase went fine; the second sucked. I ordered a shirt and a pair of sunglasses. First, their online order thing threw up an error message, so I wasn't even sure the order went through. Finally I find out the order wasn't placed, so I did it again and it worked, but the order sat in the warehouse for three days (when I was hoping to have it by the coming weekend), so I cancelled. I don't think I'd risk another purchase from these folks; there are a lot of good deals on the Web with better service."

"I have bought many Golf items from this reseller over the last couple of years. Have always had outstanding service and great products. My most recent purchase of the 427DC Putter has been the best purchase yet. Received within 2 days, used today and shot a 76, I'm a 14 handicapper and this putter saved me at least 6 strokes today. Would recommend Mastergrip to anyone, great services and products at a great price. "
